The control system uses chiseled fiber-optic sensors. Fiberoptic sensors are based on Single Mode optical fibers. A laboratory sample of a point fiber-optic sensor based on a two-shoulder Mach-Zehnder interferometer using a Single Mode optical fiber for displacement control has been developed. The simulation stand of a laboratory sample of a fiber-optic sensor showed high measurement accuracy, linearity and can be used to control the stability of the sides of the quarry after the design has been improved. The experimental data obtained are processed using the Wolfram Alpha computer program. A comparison of synchronization structures is made in terms of the impact on the final operation of the system and hardware synchronization methods in terms of applicability and maximum performance. The mathematical apparatus is based on the principle of separation of the movements of each of the electric drives and the representation of its transfer function in matrix form. Special asynchronous electric drives are controlled cascade electric drives of cylindrical and axial designs. The study of the dynamics of parameter changes is carried out on the basis of the method of electromagnetic energy conversion and the theory of electromagnetic circuits. As a result, for new mathematical models of the electromagnetic system of the studied asynchronous electric drives, the parameters of the electromagnetic field of a closed coil of one coil of an electric winding with electric current in a homogeneous medium are determined. The solved problem is spatial, since the distribution of electromagnetic induction in a coil of a given shape of an electromagnetic coil is determined. The obtained conclusions for determining the electromagnetic parameters of cylindrical and axial motors of special electric drives allow us to correctly solve the problems of modeling, designing and improving the efficiency of the studied electric drives and electromechanical energy converters of cylindrical and axial designs. The results of the study are applicable to create a computer-aided design system for the research asynchronous electric drives and solve modeling and design problems. This problem is solved on the basis of a plane-parallel model. The solution is based on the method of secondary sources. On the basis of the developed mathematical model, a program is compiled in a highlevel language that provides input of initial data and their printing, calculation of the coordinates of secondary sources and calculation of the initial approximate value of the associated currents, as well as iterative calculation of the system of equations with a given accuracy. The described method and program make it possible to obtain an approximate picture of the distribution of the control field in the design of a magnetically controlled ferrovariometer and in the surrounding space, if the design can be represented by a plane-parallel model. Each portion is limited by cubic parabolas lying in vertical planes x=const, y=const. The article presents algorithms for calculating a bicubic band based on the use of boundary curve equations as the main boundary conditions. The «flat corners» conditions are accepted as additional boundary conditions. The proposed approach makes it possible to reduce the size of the characteristic matrix of a system of linear equations with respect to the coefficients included in the equations of bicubic portions. For example, the calculation of 16 coefficients of the equation of a bicubic portion passing through fixed boundary curves reduces to solving a system of four linear equations. Criteria for smooth joining of bicubic portions are formulated (in the form of theorems). Theorem 1 formulates and proves the continuity conditions for the gradient. Theorem 2 contains conditions for the continuity of curvature. The algorithm of designing the manufacturing technology of automotive components with the development of processes for generating all types of associated products in the workplace is given. The blocks of calculation procedures are synchronized with the stages of preparation for the production of a new product in the automotive industry. A method of structuring the process has been developed, modeling of the content of intraoperative processes of creating a marketable product and the formation of time chains with subsequent planning for the removal of associated products, waste and emissions in the processes of functioning and maintenance of workplaces is carried out. The basis of consumer confidence in the purchased products is ensured by the reliability of confirmation of the conformity of products established in the requirements of technical regulations and standards. Confirmation of the quality of products constantly requires the analytical laboratory to implement methods and techniques for monitoring the quality of analyzes. The research base is Gazprom Transgaz Kazan LLC, one of the gas transmission subsidiaries of Gazprom PJSC serving the Uzhgorod and Novopskov gas trunkline corridors, the Nizhnyaya Tura–Perm–Gorky 1,2 gas pipelines, Orenburg–Zainsk, Kazan–Nizhny Novgorod, etc. The object of the study is the analytical control of the quality of natural gas, the subject is organizational and methodological issues for its implementation. This article proposes a method for calculating the frequency of gas sampling using automated algorithms taking into account data on changes in the composition and properties of gas streams for the reporting period. The description of the method is presented on the example of calculating the frequency of determining the calorific value of the lowest (actual calorific value) and density of natural gas.
