Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifkasi masalah-masalah yang berkaitan dengan kedisiplinan ABK dalam menggunakan alat-alat keselamatan kerja di atas kapal. Penelitian dilakukan melalui pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi di kapal MV. Alken Pesat, Interview dengan para perwira yang ada diatas kapal MV. Alken Pesat, dan Studi Pustaka. Selanjutnya data yang diperoleh diolah dan ditarik kesimpulannya. Lokasi penelitian di MV. Alken Pesat Milik PT. Bangka Jaya Line dengan waktu penelitian selama 12 bulan 5 hari dimulai dari tanggal 10 Agustus 2018 sampai dengan tanggal 13 Agustus 2019, tepatnya pada saat Taruna kami melaksanakan proyek laut (Prola) di atas kapal tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh a). Rendahnya kesadaran ABK dalam mematuhi peraturan sehingga ABK kurang menjalankan prosedur kerja yang ada di atas kapal, b). Kurangnya persiapan ABK pada saat kapal akan beroperasi, c). Kurangnya kepedulian ABK terhadap pentingnya penggunaan alat-alat keselamatan kerja di atas kapal, dan d). At present there are widespread accidents in the traffic system, this is caused by many factors, one of which is the arrangement of lights and the distance between vehicles on the highway. The number of traffic accidents in Indonesia has increased every year. The number of traffic accidents in Indonesia is in line with the increasing number of motorized vehicles. Good lighting and distance allow people who drive to see objects that are done clearly, quickly and without unnecessary effort, especially adequate lighting gives the impression of a better appearance and a refreshing environment. Good lighting and distance can also provide higher efficiency, can increase productivity and reduce visual difficulties and pressure when driving. Pembelajaran daring yang terjadi secara tiba-tiba berdampak terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh pembelajaran daring dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas III SD Yayasan Imelda Medan. Sampel yang diambil seluruh siswa kelas III SD Yayasan Imelda Medan sebanyak 30 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengisian angket dan tes secara daring. Uji keabsahan instrumen angket dan tes dilakukan dengan validasi ahli, uji validitas dan reliabilitas dengan menggunakan program komputer SPSS V.18. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pembelajaran daring dan motivasi belajar secara bersama-sama memberikan sumbangan terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas III SD Yayasan Imelda Medan sebesar 15,9%. To follow the Akidah Akhlak lessons, it is proven by the number of students who are still busy alone and busy joking with their classmates and also the student's learning activity is very low because the methods used in learning Akidah Akhlak are considered not to have reached the desired target due to teachers who are less successful in the learning process. teaching with several indicators, namely student learning outcomes are still low and the delivery of material is not in accordance with predetermined standard limits. The objectives of this research are: To determine the learning outcomes of students' Akidah Akhlak after applying the cooperative script method in class VIII MTs Nur Bahri Bubun. This research was conducted in the form of classroom action research. According to the type of research chosen, namely classroom action research, this research uses an action research model in the form of a spiral and from one cycle to the next. The results of this study are: The learning outcomes of students' Akidah Akhlak after applying the cooperative script method in class VIII MTs Nur Bahri Bubun, namely in the first cycle students who have a complete score of 20 students or 74.1% of 27 students and in the second cycle there is an increase of as much as 22 students who completed or 92.6%. Selama proses belajar dan kegiatan mengajar berlangsung pada guru bidang studi Al quran Hadis kadang-kadang menerapkan metode pembelajaran kooperatif namun terkadang masih menerapkan metode konvensional. Sehingga kegiatan belajar dan mengajar di kelas belum termasuk pada kategori belajar dan mengajar inovatif dan kreatif. Teknik menganalisis data penelitian menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian adalah danya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa pada Al-Qur’an melalui Model Discovery Learning berjalan efektif dan afesien setelah diterapkannya Model Discovery Learning di kelas VII MTs. Swasta Al-Ma’arif Gebang, berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada siklus III sebanyak 20 orang siswa mendapatkan ketuntasan dalam bidang studi Al-Qur’an Hadits dengan persentase 100 %. Namun ketuntasan tesebut masih ada siswa yang mendapat nilai pada interval 70-79. This of course greatly affects the learning outcomes that can be obtained by children. The learning method is one of the methods used by teachers in establishing relationships with students during the learning process. The use of wrong or inappropriate learning methods will only complicate or slow down the goals of an education. The timeline method in SKI learning can make learning more active, both in terms of active students and make the class more crowded because students will try to understand themselves and their friends. This research was carried out with the aim of 1) To determine student learning outcomes after using the time line method. 2) To find out how the time line method is carried out. 3) To find out how the time line method can improve student learning outcomes The method used in this research is the classroom action research method. The data used are qualitative and quantitative data. The number of samples studied was 25 people. The method used in this research is quantitative data analysis and observation as qualitative data. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the timeline method in cycle II is more improved than in cycle I. The application of the timeline method in cycle I reaches an average percentage of 47.62%, but in cycle II it increases to 76.19%. This shows that the application of the timeline method in improving students' abilities in ski subjects increased by 20%. The timeline method is a very active method for students, because the timeline method provides positive benefits for student learning activities. Hal tersebut dapat diketahui dari data dan informasi tentang kompetensi guru dalam mengembangkan silabus pembelajaran yang diperoleh pada setiap siklus penelitian. Masing-masing siklus penelitian melaporkan aspek: perencanaan (planning), tindakan (acting), observasi (observing), dan refleksi (reflecting). Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan (Action Research). Desain penelitian mengacu pada model yang dikembangkan oleh Kurt Lewin (McNiff, 1992), yakni: adanya perencanaan (planning), tindakan (acting),observasi (observing), dan refleksi (reflecting) yang dilakukan secara bersiklus. Subjek penelitian adalah guru MTsN 2 Kabupaten Langkat di wilayah Provinsi Sumateara Utara. Jumlah guru yang mengikuti kegiatan ini adalah 14 orang. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di MTsN 2 Langkat. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Penelitian tindakan ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Masing-masing siklus terdiri dari empat kegiatan, yaitu perencanaan (planning), tindakan (acting), observasi (observing) dan refleksi (reflecting). Pada siklus pertama, kegiatan pelatihan diberikan dalam bentuk pemberian informasi teoritis tentang cara menetapkan kriteria ketuntasan minimal. Hasil dari kegiatan siklus pertama masih belum dapat dikatakan berhasil, hal ini disebabkan peroleh rata-rata sekor para guru masih di bawah 50 atau kurang. Pada siklus kedua, kegiatan pelatihan ditindaklanjuti dengan memberikan bantuan praktis, dimana peneliti dan peserta secara bersama-sama menetapkan kriteria ketuntasan minimal. Pada siklus kedua, hasil menetapkan kriteria ketuntasan minimal mata pelajaran yang disusun oleh guru meningkat tajam, hal ini dibuktikan dengan peroleh rata-rata sekor para guru sebesar 85 atau baik. The presence of heavy metals in the environment is an environmental problem that needs serious attention. Pollutants are dominated by heavy metal waste, one of which is lead (Pb). PB is classified into dangerous pollutants. In this study, coconut wood powder was used as activated carbon because the price was cheap and could reduce the negative impact on the environment because the sawdust of coconut was a waste in the wood industry. The advantages of activated carbon are its large capacity and absorption, because the pore structure and the presence of chemical functional groups on the surface of activated charcoal such as C = O, C, and CH. This is because in terms of delivering moral aqidah lessons, teachers tend to use simple media so that they do not involve students actively in learning activities. Learning with media Audio Visual Animated Film can be used as an alternative learning Media in an effort to improve students' understanding of material Ashabul Kahf on the subject of moral aqidah. This media is directed to students' understanding of active learning, which involves students actively in learning activities so that students are better able to understand the material, and learning activities of aqidah and morals become more fun. This type of research is classroom action research with planning, implementation, observation, and reflection steps carried out in two cycles. The subjects of this study were students of class VIIC MTS Tarbiyah Waladiyah Pulau Banyak village, totaling 16 students. The object of this research is to increase the understanding of the moral aqidah subjects for material Ashabul Kahf through learning media Audio Visual Animated Film. Data collection techniques used in the form of tests, documentation and observations of students. Research that has been carried out on students of class VII C MTS Tarbiyah Waladiyah Pulau Banyak Village shows the results that the use ofLearning media Audio Visual Animation Film can improve students' understanding of moral aqidah subjects Ashabul Kahf's. Adapun alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah pemberian tes yang diberikan berupa tes kemampuan matematis sebanyak 3 soal. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Kemampuan menghubungkan benda nyata ke dalam ide-ide matematika. Pada penelitian ini peserta didik dapat menuliskan informasi yang diketahui dan ditanyakan atau tujuan dari permasalahan, 2) Kemampuan menyatakan peristiwa sehari-hari dengan simbol-simbol matematika dalam menyajikan ide-ide matematik secara tertulis. Pada penelitian ini peserta didik dapat menggunakan simbol-simbol matematika saat menuliskan informasi yang diperoleh dari soal dan saat menyelesaikan permasalahan, 3) Kemampuan menjelaskan ide, situasi sehari-hari dan relasi matematik, secara tertulis maupun dengan gambar. Pada penelitian ini peserta didik dapat menggambarkan bangun yang sesuai pada permasalahan yaitu gambar bangun ruang lingkaran, 4) Kemampuan memahami dan mengevaluasi ide-ide matematik dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan sehari-hari secara tertulis. Pada peneitian ini peserta didik dapat menuliskan konsep rumus yang digunakan dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan, dapat menggunakan langkah-langkah penyelesaian dengan baik serta dapat melakukan perhitungan dengan benar. 5) Kemampuan mengkomunikasikan kesimpulan jawaban permasalahan sehari-hari sesuai dengan pertanyaan.
