This device was developed for use as an automated test bench, a laboratory installation for research or as a precision generator of ultra-low voltage signals for the development of analog circuits in EEG recording devices. In this work, the repeatability of the reproduced EEG and test signals was evaluated. Schemes and experimental results are presented. The obtained data show that the artificial EEG correlates with the original one with a coefficient of 0.8-0.9. Within the hyperstability criterion, L-dissipativity conditions, as well as an implicit reference model and filters-correctors in the main control loop, the issues of using the combined regulator with minimal structural complexity but ensuring the control goal achievement in a given class of non-affine plants with unknown state delay are considered. The continuous models method is used to construct the discrete control loop. This method allows constructing the discrete control algorithms using their continuous analogues which were synthesized with the help of some analytical procedure (in this case on the base of hyperstability criterion). Automatic non-contact slag recognition is carried out based on a multi-structured approach. In the developed system, digital images are obtained from thermal imaging and thermographic video cameras. Digital images are presented in the RGB color model. A conventional video camera is used to detect flames and smoke, as infrared cameras can be faulty in the presence of such interference. The proposed system for real-time slag recognition expands the functionality of the existing automated converter control system and improves the quality of steel. This determines the high importance of an effective solution to the problem of parametric identification. Currently, there are many alternatives for solving identification problems, one of which is the joint use of classical identification methods and artificial neural networks. The article proposes a method of systems’ synthesis for identifying the dynamic objects’ parameters based on the complex use of artificial neural networks and recurrent algorithms, which is a parallel-sequential information processing procedure. The efficiency of the recurrent identification algorithm using a neural network is shown. An algorithm for calculating two-parameter diagrams is presented on the example of dynamic mode maps, which implies the use of a computing cluster. A method for calculating the optimal computational load for heterogeneous cluster nodes consisting of computers with different performance has been developed. The routines of the software that implement the specified algorithm have been developed and the efficiency in carrying out scientific calculations is shown. With the increase in the number of vehicles, the need to regulate traffic on the roads to solve the problems of traffic congestion and high accident rate has arisen. Collecting data from video of vehicles on the road will help to create statistics, the use of which can be used to effectively think about the regulation of traffic on the roads. An advanced real-time object detection system YOLOv5 was used to solve the problem of vehicle classification on video. To train the neural network the data set was used consisting of 750 images from the outdoor surveillance cameras. As a result of testing the system, the recognition accuracy was 89%. The article proposes an original approach to the operations of pretranslation of SQL queries without writing to the regular schedule for Clusterix-like DBMS. The possibility of implementing such a pretranslator is being discussed. The concepts of \"complex\" and \"simple\" SQL-query are given. The pretranslator is based on the antlr4 grammar parsing library, which is used to build a SQL query tree.
