This study uses four variables, namely work ability (X1), work motivation (X2), Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Z), and employee performance variable (Y). The method used is a quantitative method. The sample in this study amounted to 54 respondents who are employees of LPP RRI Cirebon. The data used are primary data and secondary data in the form of interviews, questionnaires, literature studies and document studies. Data analysis using multiple regression and Sobel test. This study aims to analyze and test the product, price, location or distribution, and promotion variables on consumer purchasing decisions at Alfamart Teluk Kuantan. This research includes quantitative research and uses a questionnaire method to obtain data. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis and T test and F test. The results based on the T test found that the promotion variable had a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions, while the product, price, and distribution variables had no effect on purchasing decisions at Alfamart Teluk Kuantan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan menguji variabel produk, harga, lokasi atau distribusi, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di Alfamart Teluk Kuantan. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif serta menggunakan metode kuesioner untuk memperoleh data. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan uji T dan uji F. Hasil berdasarkan uji T diketahui bahwa variabel promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen, sedangkan variabel produk, harga, dan distribusi tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian di Alfamart Teluk Kuantan. Strategi tersebut adalah people, physical evidence dan process. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh people, physical evidence dan process terhadap kunjungan ke Rumah Makan Ampera 2 Tak Cabang Veteran Bintaro, Jakarta Selatan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah semua konsumen yang berkunjung ke Rumah Makan Ampera 2 Tak Cabang Veteran Bintaro. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan accidental sampling. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa people, physical evidence dan process berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kunjungan. Hal ini karena banyaknya konsumen memutuskan berkunjung ke Rumah Makan Ampera 2 Tak Cabang Veteran Bintaro, Jakarta Selatan karena ada orang-orang yang berkualitas yang bekerja dengan sepenuh hati melayani para konsumen, kemudian physical evidence dengan menyediakan beberapa fasilitas yang baik dan memadai, selanjutnya dengan proses yang efesien dan efektif dalam menyajikan makanan sampai ke konsumen lebih cepat dan tepat serta rapi. \u0000Kata Kunci: People, Physical Evidence, Process, Kunjungan \u0000 \u0000Abstarct \u0000The culinary world has a lot of competition that can be very tight because consumers are very selective in owning a restaurant, which causes restaurants to think about the right strategy in facing competition. The strategy is people, physical evidence, and process. This study aims to determine the influence of people, physical evidence and process on the decision to visit Ampera 2 Tak Restaurant, Veterans Bintaro Branch, South Jakarta. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all consumers who visited Ampera 2 Tak Restaurant, Veterans Bintaro Branch. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used accidental sampling. Data processing is done with Smart PLS. The results showed that people, physical evidence and process had a significant effect on the decision to visit. Penelitian ini mengambil data primer dari 438 responden yang merupakan warga kota Batam dengan rentang usia dari 20 tahun - >50 tahun. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian tentang revisit intention ini berupa uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan Software uji statistic IBM SPSS 25. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah variabel service quality, tourist experience dan overall satisfaction memberikan pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap revisit intention. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which workload and work discipline significantly affect the shipping company at Sicepat Express Batam. In this study, the population of this study were all employees of Sicepat Express Batam, which collected 115 people and the sample taken was the number of delivery parts for Sicepat Express Batam, which amounted to 115 people, using the multiple linear regression analysis method, namely Y = 4.091+ 0.118 X1 + 0.803 X2. Teknik yang dipakai pada studi ini yakni analisis deskriptif berupa explanatory research. Sampel yang digunakan sebagai responden pada studi ini berjumlah 105 responden yang juga merupakan seluruh populasi (karyawan PT Harasoon Batindo) dengan teknik pengambilan sampel berupa teknik sampling jenuh. Metode dalam analisis data yang dipakai yakni analisis regresi linier berganda dengan dilakukan pengujian melalui program SPSS versi 26. Hasil pengujian memperlihatkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kinerja karyawan, sedangkan komunikasi mempunyai pengaruh signifikan dan positif pada kinerja karyawan, serta motivasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif pada kinerja karyawan. This type of research using explanatory and descriptive research. And the data collection method came from distributing questionnaires which were then tested using the SPSS 26 application. The population in this research is all employees of PT Harasoon Batindo as many as 105 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is non-probability sampling and saturated sampling, where the number of samples is same as the total population. This research was conducted by hypothesis testing. This research is classified as cross sectional, namely the data in this study using the answers from the respondents when the questionnaire was given. The research findings indicate that Brand Trust has a positive effect on Brand Preference. Likewise, research findings also state that Perceived Value has a positive effect on Brand Preference. The results showed that Perceived Value had a positive effect on Purchase Intention. Furthermore, the results show that Brand Trust has no effect on purchase intention. Furthermore, the research findings show that brand preference has a positive effect on purchase intention. Further researchers can add other variables that have not been used in this study to be useful for the company and may consider conducting this research on other brands of different products/services and are expected to conduct similar research but conducted in different areas and are expected to add the number of research samples so that they can better describe the conditions of the population within the scope of research. \u0000Keywords : Trust, Value, Preferece, Purchase Intention \u0000Abstrak \u0000Keberhasilan sebuah perusahaan dalam menghadapi ketatnya persaingan ditengah pesatnya perkembangan telekomunikasi salah satunya dengan menguji secara empiris pengaruh Brand Trust dan Perceived Value terhadap Brand Preference, dan Purchase Intention untuk ponsel bermerek. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan hypothesis testing, Penelitian ini tergolong pada cross sectional yaitu data pada penelitian ini menggunakan jawaba dari responden pada saat diberikan kuesioner. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa Brand Trust berpengaruh positif terhadap Brand Preference. Demikian juga temuan penelitian juga menyatakan bahwa Perceived Value berpengaruh positif terhadap Brand Preference. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Value berpengaruh positif terhadap Purchase Intention. Selanjutnya, hasil menunjukkan bahwa Brand Trust tidak berpengaruh terhadap Purchase intention. Selanjutnya, temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Brand preference berpengaruh positif terhadap Purchase intention. {"title":"Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Paternalistik Terhadap Kinerja Tugas dan Kontekstual Karyawan; Pemediasi Rasa Percaya","authors":"A. Paternalistic leadership becomes one of the themes in the study of international leadership. This research explains the mechanisms by which paternalistic leadership influences job performance and contextual performance of employees using the theory of social exchange and the theory of affective events in the organizational. 193 valid responses of employees from various organizations took part in the study. The results of data analysis show that paternalistic leadership behavior has a positive influence on task performance and contextual performance of employees. Furthermore, trust in the leader partially mediates the effect of paternalistic leadership on task performance and fully mediates the effect of paternalistic leadership and employee contextual performance. These findings suggest that the higher paternalistic leadership will increase employee trust in leaders, then through the trust in leader the performance of employees will also increase. The argument in explaining the results is more detail discussed in the discussion section of this article. \u0000Keywords: Paternalistic leadership, task performance, contextual performance, trust in leaders, mediation. \u0000Salah satu topik dalam kajian kepemimpinan yang mendapat banyak perhatian saat ini adalah kepemimpinan internasional, dimana para peneliti memfokuskan pada perilaku kepemimpinan yang sesuai dengan budaya dimana organisasi tersebut berada. Kepemimpinan paternalistik menjadi salah satu tema dalam kajian kepemimpinan internasional. Penelitian ini menjelaskan mengenai mekanisme bagaimana kepemimpinan paternalistik mempengaruhi kinerja tugas dan kinerja kontekstual karyawan menggunakan teori pertukaran sosial dan teori kejadian afektif pada konteks organisasi. 193 tanggapan valid karyawan dari berbagai organisasi ikut ambil bagian dalam penelitian ini. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan perilaku kepemimpinan paternalistik memiliki pengaruh positif pada kinerja tugas dan kinerja kontekstual karyawan. Selanjutnya, rasa percaya pada pemimpin memediasi secara parsial pengaruh kepemimpinan paternalistik pada kinerja tugas dan memediasi secara penuh pengaruh kepemimpinan paternalistik dan kinerja kontekstual karyawan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi kepemimpinan paternalistik maka akan meningkatkan rasa percaya karyawan pada pemimpin, kemudian melalui rasa percaya pada pemimpin inilah kinerja karyawan juga akan meningkat.
