This study uses four variables, namely work ability (X1), work motivation (X2), Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Z), and employee performance variable (Y). The method used is a quantitative method. The sample in this study amounted to 54 respondents who are employees of LPP RRI Cirebon. The data used are primary data and secondary data in the form of interviews, questionnaires, literature studies and document studies. Data analysis using multiple regression and Sobel test.
