The research finds that the promotion of smart tourism policy plays a positive role in promoting the national smart tourism reform plan and realizing the establishment and implementation of smart tourism scenic spots in various regions, thus driving the growth of literature quantity. Nowdays the hotspots of smart tourism research in China focus on \"smart scenic spots\" \"smart tourism\" \"scenic spot management\" and \"tourist attractions\", with increasing heat. However, core authors and institutions published fewer papers, and their cooperation with each other was scattered, so no representative academic group was formed. At the same time, the cooperation of most research institutions in China is divided by regional scope, and trans-regional, cross-disciplinary and cross-institutional cooperation needs to be further strengthened. At present, domestic researches on smart scenic spots have gone deep into the practical application level, at the present stage, the development results are uneven, and the efficiency of production, education and research institutes is not obvious. With regard to the problem of unconstrained two-dimensional steel cutting-stock, this paper puts forward the -shaped pattern, and obtains the optimal cutting method for each raw material by combining knapsack problem with recursive algorithm, and then establishes an integer programming model, and proceeds with cutting methods with minimized raw materials. Furthermore, through the combined use of recursion and enumeration, the cutting method with the minimum cuts and tool changes when the steel yield reaches the maximum is obtained, thereby greatly reducing labor costs. Secondly, the genetic algorithm is used to optimize the neural network, and the evaluation model of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability based on genetic neural network is established, and the weight value obtained by combination weight model is used to adjust the connection weight of genetic neural network. Finally, the effectiveness of the combined evaluation model is verified by the data of innovation and entrepreneurship of college students in an application university. A search of the following databases was conducted for identifying relevant English articles published prior to the end of 2015: PsycINFO, PsycARTICLES, Psychology and Behavioral Science Collection, ISI Web of Science databases, ProQuest Digital Dissertations, and Elsevier Science. A cumulative total sample size ranged to over 4,000, however, the final 40 studies with 295 effects are examined in this article after confirming to be relevant. The result revealed that agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Neuroticism, and Openness had differed in participants’ Internet behaviors for Information seeking, Leisure activities and the general, but surprisingly they did not work moderately in social activities online. Based on Baidu migration big data and COVID-19 cases data released by the national health commission of people's republic of China combined with mathematical statistics analysis and geographic information technology, OLS test and geographically weighted regression were used to analyze the correlation between the spread of COVID-19 and Baidu migration network from January 10 to March 14, 2020.The results showed that the diffusion process of COVID-19 epidemic in China was characterized by stages, including outbreak, potential diffusion, rapid diffusion, diffusion inhibition and diffusion reduction. In the study period, there is a certain spatial correlation between the COVID-19 epidemic data and the difference coefficient of inflow and outflow and the external connection degree of provinces. Through the OLS test of population migration index, it was found that the correlation between the difference coefficient of inflow and outflow and the spread of epidemic was more significant, and there was no collinear effect. The correlation analysis showed that there was a correlation between the epidemic data and the difference coefficient of inflow and outflow in spatial location, and most of them were negative correlation in the early stage, and gradually became positive correlation in the later stage. The negative correlation between Hubei and Hubei was significant, and the positive correlation between Xinjiang, Tibet and Qinghai was significant.
