Analysis on Related Issues of Hubei Agricultural Products E-commerce Logistics Terminal Distribution Based on SPSS in the Big Data Era

Abstract

With the continuous development of China's economy and e-commerce, the logistics industry is in a golden period of development and develops with each passing day, followed by the increased requirements of consumers using logistics services for the logistics industry. Terminal distribution is the last part of the whole logistics activities and the process of direct handover with consumers, The logistics experience of this link is the key to the quality of the whole logistics activity. This paper takes 100 consumers who buy Hubei agricultural products on major e-commerce platforms (including 91 valid samples) as the research sample, collects relevant data on the problems encountered by consumers when receiving the logistics end distribution of Hubei agricultural products, such as distribution information leakage, express loss, article damage or quality problems, and makes statistical analysis by SPSS, The research results have a certain inspiration for the legislative improvement of e-commerce logistics end distribution of agricultural products in Hubei.
