A set of average Euler-Lagrange (EL) parameters, modulated by the duty ratio function, is proposed which recovers, under duty ratio saturation conditions, the individual EL formulations of the intervening circuit topologies. The obtained average PWM model coincides with, both the state average model and the infinite switching frequency average model, previously proposed in the literature and derived from entirely different viewpoints.","PeriodicalId":104733,"journal":{"name":"IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems I: Fundamental Theory and Applications","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1996-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123279348","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper shows that four key parameters exist: these three and VAR,the reverse Early voltage. This parameter models the influence of the base-width modulation at the base-emitter junction on the collector current. A general expression for the error in the output voltage caused by the reverse Early effect is derived and a comparison is made with other errors.","PeriodicalId":104733,"journal":{"name":"IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems I: Fundamental Theory and Applications","volume":"41 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127014352","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
