More so in terms of human needs. one of them is in the field of trade related to materials. One of them is in the Anugrah Shop. The buying and selling practices carried out at Toko Anugrah have been running for a long time. How to do it is by observation, interviews, and documentation used to collect data. The tool used is the interview guide as the main tool. Data processing begins with data collection, data reduction, data organisation, and data validation. Triangulation techniques were used when testing the validity of the data. The results of the study state that this research aims to explore the practice of buying and selling at Toko Anugrah from the perspective of Islamic economics. Islamic economics emphasises the principles of fairness, transparency, and halalness in every transaction. This study explains how Toko Anugrah applies these principles in its daily operations, particularly in pricing, quality of goods, and the contract process. Through the implementation of the murabaha contract, this shop sells goods with a clear profit margin without the element of usury. The return policy is also set fairly, ensuring customer satisfaction and trust. The results show that the buying and selling practices at Toko Anugrah not only increase customer trust but also provide sustainable profits and blessings for the store. In Indonesia there are two banking systems, namely conventional banking systems and Islamic banking. In general, saving in conventional and sharia banking is no different, because both banks are required to follow general banking techniques. However, if analyzed more deeply, there are fundamental differences between the two. The first difference lies in the contract and the second difference in the reward. In banking products for profit-sharing contracts there are two, namely the Mudhorobah contract and the Musyarakah contract. However, mudhorobah contracts are rarely used for transactions in all Islamic banks.\u0000Of the products available at Islamic banks, one of them is mudhorobah contract financing in Islamic banking. This study has two problem formulations, namely how the terms and mechanisms of mudharabah financing at Bank Muamalat and how the implementation of mudharabah financing at Bank Muamalat. The purpose of this study is the first, to find out the mechanism and mudharabah transactions at Bank Muamalat Tulungagung, second to find out the implementation of mudharabah financing at Bank Muamalat Tulungagung. One of the most important things that society should be aware of, and one of the means of finding out about the sect is the Sunnah Tarkiyah, is the subject that has been decided by some fundamentalists, some of whom do not, because what was left by the prophet Shallahualahiwasallam is not called into question and is annulled. The aim of this research is to find out whether the Sunnah Tarkiyah is considered to be in the making of judgments and to compare the protest of the mohammadiyah swing council and the Indonesian ulema council with the Sunnah Tarkiyah. This type of research is a qualitative desk research in which the researcher gathers information from relevant sources and sources from the tiers council and scholars council books, and analyses it in order to obtain fatwas in protest of the Sunnah Tarkiyah, together with extrapolation, reasoning, comparison and theories from the theories of the origins of the fiqh. The main result of this research is that the researcher found that scholars differed in the authority of the Sunnah Tarkiyah, which is likely to be regarded as the same. The tit-for-tat council has also considered it in some of its fatwas, such as the pronouncement of intent, gift the good to the deceased and shaking hands after the congregation prayer.
