The article discusses the principle of operation of cumulative munitions, their classification and various manufacturing methods and designs that are used in these stocks. The authors of the article present the existing technologies and methods for the manufacture of cumulative supplies, their advantages and disadvantages are indicated. In addition, the possibilities of improving the designs and manufacturing technologies of cumulative supplies are discussed, which can lead to an improvement in their characteristics and increase their effectiveness in combat conditions. The research was carried out according to a special methodology, the parameters of the roughness of the polished surfaces were determined using elements of computer modeling. The defining trends of technical progress are the development of information technologies and revolutionary approaches to the practical use of space. In aviation, there are breakthroughs in the creation of a variety of technical implementations of aviation equipment and its application. Increasingly close interaction between aviation and space systems at the level of service provision, joint problem solving. The transition to large aerospace systems connected into a single entity on the basis of information technologies and having the function of supplying information technologies is not far away. The training of specialists in the creation and operation of aerospace systems is becoming an increasingly urgent task and should be several steps ahead of the latest achievements in this direction. Objective: conceptual developments regarding the creation of an aerospace system and educational programs for training specialists in solving the problems of managing its aircraft and their target equipment, this system management, application and production of information technologies in the system. Methods. Results. On the basis of the analysis of the development of tasks and technologies in the field of space and aviation technology and the prospects of their combination, the concept of a single aerospace system is proposed with an emphasis on the complex of issues of managing such a system, on information technologies in this system. In the context of the creation, development and operation of the aerospace system, the features and common features of three types of educational programs are highlighted, grouped by preparation for the corresponding groups of tasks: management in space systems; management in aviation systems; provision of the aerospace system with information technologies and (or) providing information technology by the system. The content of the educational material within the framework of the mentioned educational programs is generally considered. Conclusions. The development of these courses and the conduct of classes are carried out exclusively by Progresstech-Ukraine engineers. Training takes place on the basis of the Learning Management System (LMS). It has been noted that the complex geometry and internal lattice structure of AM parts create problems with mechanical suitability. Multifaceted quality requirements and standards complicate the development of quality assurance strategies. Defects in AM parts (porosity, cracks, inclusions, voids, lumpiness and surface roughness) can adversely affect mechanical properties, and some problems such as volume mismatch, layer removal and unwanted internal surface finish cannot be detected by typical mechanical tests . It is also stated that SM continues to dominate AM in terms of quality, accuracy and reliability. The manufacturing industry and investors are always looking to improve technology to reduce costs, energy and expand their capabilities. Usually, the high activity of nanotubes leads to the formation of various conglomerates in the solution, and with further application of the aqueous solution, such conglomerates can be transferred to the composite materials being created. Currently, there are no effective fast control tools, and therefore in engineering practice, various fairly complex methods that require specific equipment are often used. Chemography as a method of recording oxidative reactions with ultra-low concentrations of active substances can be successfully used as a means of quick and effective control of the homogeneity of graphene solutions (mainly water-based). Recommendations for the application of the method are given, models are proposed for determining the dispersion of the expected concentration on the controlled surface.
