The necessity the crack formation dynamics investigation is substantiated. Based on the Rebinder effect, a method for controlling the cracking nature using surfactants is proposed. The destruction by impact and explosion of samples pre-treated with water and surfactant is considered. It is established that pre-treatment of glass plates with surfactant solution shows a more uniform cracks distribution on impact, which may be the basis for the assumption that the surfactants use in blasting will significantly improve the crushing quality and reduce the oversized fractions yield. When examining the samples, which were saturated with surfactant solution, it is seen that the cracks system only increased after the explosion, small cracks appeared, which connect large ones. In the case of water use, we also see an increase in cracking, but it is not as intense and uniform as in the case of surfactants previous use. The machining of contoured shaped surfaces of parts with a circular cross-section is executed on CNC lathes using control programs. All known CAM systems offer canned cycles for such surfaces. In most cases, it is recommended to use G71, G72 and G73 canned cycles for roughing contouring. The aim of the study is to analyze the cutting processes in roughing and finishing and to assess their influence on the surface quality of the part. A modeling technique is proposed, which is based on the use of an original application soft that allows simulating all machining cycles with fixing the results in the form of oscillograms of changes in the depth of cut. Comparative analysis of the results allows you to choose the most acceptable machining cycle for a specific profile of the contour of the part. The developed program also makes it possible to obtain the predicted accuracy of machining along the entire contour, which may arise as a result of technological heredity. In addition, the array of data on cutting depth obtained during the simulation, which is the main disturbance of the process, allows one to design the law of control of the cutting mode, for example, on the feed, which will lead to the stabilization of the cutting process. \u0000 \u0000Анотація. Обробка контурних фасонних поверхонь деталей, що мають круглий поперечний переріз, виконується на токарних верстатах з ЧПУ по керуючим програмами. Всі відомі САМ-системи пропонують стандартні цикли для обробки таких поверхонь. У більшості випадків рекомендується застосовувати стандартні цикли чорнової контурної обробки G71, G72 і G73. Метою дослідження є аналіз процесів різання в чорновий і фінішної обробки і оцінка їх впливу на якість поверхні деталі. Порівняльний аналіз результатів дозволяє вибрати найбільш прийнятний цикл обробки для конкретного профілю контуру деталі. Розроблена програма також дозволяє отримати прогнозовану точність обробки по всьому контуру, яка може виникнути в результаті технологічної спадковості. All algorithms of the method of group argumentation (MGVA) are characterized by structural commonality on the principle of self - organization, which require insignificant requirements for a priori information to search for an infinite number of options. The advantage of the algorithm of the method of group consideration of arguments in comparison with other algorithms of this class is the presence of possibilities of expansion of the vector of initial data and the device for elimination of collinearity - reception of orthogonalization. MGVA consists of two blocks: pre - processing of observations taking into account the system of selected reference functions and calculation of selection applicants. As a result of the algorithm, models capable of controlling the process taking into account the phenomena accompanying a certain process are obtained. Given the commonality of the main provisions of the theory of self - organization of artificial neural networks and MGVA, the network variables are added to the model as a variable Z. As a result, we obtain a neural network that describes the physical phenomena accompanying the process. Puzanov. and Linevich E.I. about the possibility of performing over-unit work by inertial forces, a closed mechanical system in the form of kinematically connected rotating masses is proposed for consideration. The research aimed, within the framework of Newtonian mechanics, to study the fulfillment of the laws of conservation of momentum, angular momentum and energy, to establish the possibility of performing work by inertial forces (centrifugal and Coriolis), to assess the change in kinetic parameters using the example of the Chelomey pendulum model. For the complex radial-circular motion of the masses of the Chelomey pendulum model, resolving equations are obtained. Information and communication technologies (ICT) are a set of equipment (devices, systems, etc.) and techniques with associated software (software systems and software tools) that have been developed and used for more efficient communication, creation, distribution, storage and management of information. The IDI (ICT Development Index) index is most often used to measure ICT resources, which is defined as a composite index that combines 11 indicators (classified into 3 sub-indices: Access, Use and Skills). Data on values of IDI index has been retrieved from Measuring the Information Society Report (MISR), which since 2008 has been publishing by International Telecommunications Union (ITU). The IDI index for 2017 was determined for 176 countries of the world, with the first on the ranking list was Iceland with IDI2017=8.98 and the last Eritrea with IDI2017=0.96. The mean value of IDI index for 2017 was Avg=5.11, standard deviation was StD=2.22 and coefficient of variation was CoV=43.52. In this paper is given of analysis of IDI (ICT development index) for measuring ICT resources in Georgia.
