Comprehensive Analysis of Fused Descriptors for Image Retrieval 融合描述符在图像检索中的综合分析

This paper represents a CBIR model which has been tested with multiple feature descriptors such as Scale-Invariant Feature Transform (SIFT), Speeded Up Robust Features (SURF), Binary Robust Independent Elementary Features (BRIEF), Oriented FAST and rotated BRIEF (ORB) and combinations of them. Multiple linguistic processing techniques such as Bag of Words and Topic modelling have been used for optimizing the image retrieval and making them meaningful based on human semantics. The sensor is mounted upon a microcontroller i.e. Arduino which is responsible for the sensors to work. This system consists of an Ultrasonic Sensor, Arduino UNO, Potentiometer, CAN Controller, DC Motor, GSM, LCD display and a buzzer. The ultrasonic sensor detects the object/vehicle ahead of the vehicle and sends the data to Arduino UNO, if a particular vehicle is in close proximity to the front vehicle, the proposed system automatically controls the vehicle speed. This system also consists of an over-speed detection, which detects the speed and alerts the driver if the vehicle reaches a specific speed limit. The robot then proceeds to understand its position inside the room and is capable of moving to other locations. The robot is simulated using the ROS and Gazebo framework. The key obstacle in aircraft is bad weather conditions such as fog, mist, rain. This makes it difficult for an aircraft to land accurately. The instrument landing system (ILS) is a ground-based approach that gives planes approaching the runway precise direction. To ensure a safe landing in bad weather, it uses a combination of high intensity lighting arrays and radio signals. The gliding scope array offers vertical guidance while the localizer provides lateral guidance. The marking beacons serve as a check on the guide slope's proper operation. The main objective is to minimize the systems to provide the same enhanced functionality. GSD helps agencies to leverage the blessings of multi-site improvement with respect to time, value and access to skilful aid. Current research shows that half of the businesses which have attempted international software program development have not realized the anticipated results. Software program projects are increasing number from nations with high prices to reduced offshore countries. They continue to delight in poor overall performance issues because of the inherent complexity and unpredictability of computer program jobs. The main motivation to write survey paper is to identify GSD-related issues and also mitigating solutions. This paper discusses the idea of early caution signs (EWS) to improve mission achievement rates, mainly in the precise onshore-offshore undertaking environment, which is exposed to higher task dangers. EWS provides a way to undertake assessment during initial stages. Several techniques and measures are recommended to control the failure of the project. As a result, understanding the potential difficulties and possible mitigation methods for GSD is critical to a project's success. Conventional elliptical patch antenna with Co-planar waveguide (CPW) feed attains Ultra - wide band (UWB) characteristics ranging from 5.70 - 13.96GHz to cover C - & X - band applications. Elliptical geometry can be modified into rings shape to obtain impedance bandwidth (IBW) 1.32GHz and 1.18GHz at dual resonances 6.44GHz and 9.04GHz. In order to enhance the wideband by employing concentric ring inside the elliptic structure in addition by loading stubs. This proposed design achieves tri-wide band characteristics having impedance bandwidths 460MHz (3.83-4.29GHz), 1.83GHz (4.62-6.45GHz), 9.03GHz (7.45-16.5GHz) respectively at 4.05GHz, 5.96GHz and 14.42GHz. The proposed antenna has unique and omni -directional radiation characteristics with negligible side lobes. While intensive biopsy testing and processing is required to confirm the presence of a malignant skin lesion, the detection of skin lesions by dermatologists on the primary level has always been based upon visual markers and sight-based perception based upon a defined set of diagnostic rules. The automation of this classification process has been achieved in the past for traditional machine learning algorithms and novel deep networks but faces challenges when the diagnosis is performed upon images of varied illumination and spatial orientation. This paper proposes a novel ensemble approach towards skin lesion classification by employing transfer learned pretrained deep learning image networks for the automated diagnosis process. Popular ImageNet Trained Networks such as DenseNet, Inception ResNetV2, VGG16 and MobileNet have been individually fine-tuned, tested and evaluated for identifying the type of skin lesion. A final integration of the best ensemble combination was performed based upon a search- based strategy to find the optimal combination for maximal reliability. This paper investigates what role the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use along-with one more factor the facilitating conditions play towards determining the behavioral intention to use of M-learning by university students. This study found that all three factors have a positive effect on the use of M-learning by university students. Further, perceived ease of use factor has been found as most influencing factor affecting the use of M-learning. This paper aims to compare the performances of a unet model in segmenting the vessels of a fundus image using different popularly used loss functions. This paper focuses on developing a distress monitoring system for geriatric people based on the stress levels they encounter or on their body posture under unsafe conditions. The unsafe conditions can either be an attack on them or some health-related issues.
