In previous research, event-driven control for finite-time consensus of multi-agent system still needs continuous communication to update the trigger function. Therefore, we introduce a trigger function based on broadcast state which only updates at each event along with the controller. It is proved that such self-triggered controller satisfies the requirements of finite-time consensus. And the system does not exhibit Zeno behavior if and only if the precision of state error is lower bounded. Simulation results show that although self-triggered control has greater estimation error in consensus time, it saves more computation and communication resource compared with event-driven control.","PeriodicalId":102785,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Electrical, Computer, Communications and Mechatronics Engineering (ICECCME)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130689052","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The VCO is designed for two different contexts, one for low-power mobile applications and the other for validating the phase-accurate synchronization of multiple spatially distributed coupled oscillators without a classical hierarchical master-slave clock distribution topology. To ensure quick decay of perturbations in such topologies, the individual oscillators have to respond fast to changes at the input. This is characterized by the direct frequency modulation bandwidth, which measures 654 MHz for the presented VCO. Additionally, a minimum power consumption of 11.3 mW is achieved at a tuning range of 3.78 GHz and a phase noise of -89.01 dBc/Hz at 1 MHz frequency offset.","PeriodicalId":102785,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Electrical, Computer, Communications and Mechatronics Engineering (ICECCME)","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116900861","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, in such a big dairy market, the supply system has had a series of problems including diarrheal disease which causes 760,000 childhood deaths annually [2]. Among all the reasons, food fraud, illegal production, and foodborne illness are critical. This paper presents a brand new dairy logistic supply ecosystem with blockchain technology. Taking advantage of many attributes of blockchain such as decentralization, security, and transparency, it solves the problems mentioned above that the centralized dairy supply systems cannot solve. The blockchain approach guarantees to provide customers with fresh and safe dairy products at fair prices. All the data in the system is open to all participants and the Internet of things (IoT) lowers the labor and decrease errors. The most important attribute is its smart contracts with crowdfunding function, with which an eco-society is created. We finally discuss the difference between the e-commence model in the Internet and eco-commence model in the Blockchain. Which system is the future? The answer is waiting for us to dig out.","PeriodicalId":102785,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Electrical, Computer, Communications and Mechatronics Engineering (ICECCME)","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117037613","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We aim to introduce a realistic approach to trust in this social concept, trust, from the perspective of abusive clauses and practices, so little looked at in recommendation systems. This social facet of the legislative reputation is a concept that has not been explored in the context of trusting the individual's personal reputation. The model presented here tries to bring a degree of satisfaction and protection to online consumers and add value through status, prestige, and profit to merchants. The proposed model can support a successful business in the presence of incomplete information by providing a rating system that favors its entrepreneurs.","PeriodicalId":102785,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Electrical, Computer, Communications and Mechatronics Engineering (ICECCME)","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131448576","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Due to the well known performance of three-level unidirectional rectifiers, a T-type converter topology is selected. Moreover, in view of the high target nominal power of the converter, a six-leg approach is adopted, thus halving the current rating of each bridge-leg and allowing for the adoption of conventional discrete semiconductor devices (i.e., Si MOSFETs and Si diodes). Therefore, a step-by-step design procedure is proposed, based on the selection, sizing and/or optimization of all main converter active and passive components, including the semiconductor devices, the DC-side capacitors, the AC-side inductors and the loss dissipation system (i.e., heatsink and fans). Finally, a 60 kW converter prototype is realized and its performance is experimentally assessed.","PeriodicalId":102785,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Electrical, Computer, Communications and Mechatronics Engineering (ICECCME)","volume":"22 6","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132693719","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The presence of this fungi can destroy entire plantations if not detected and stopped early enough. The purpose of this study is to create a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) that can detect hyphae in microscopic images. By detecting hyphae, the presence of fungi in the soil can be confirmed. To create a model that can detect hyphae, a dataset of various microscopic images of fungi was sorted into hyphae images and non-hyphae images (labeled as others). Four subsequent datasets were created from this, namely: (1) bright field, (2) dark field, (3) fluorescent, and (4) all microscopy techniques. Pretrained ResNet34 and ResNet152 models were used for each of the datasets and the use of heatmaps on these models was done to analyze how the models looked for hyphae. The ResNet34 model achieved accuracies of 86.38% for bright field, 87.31% for dark field, 88.37% for fluorescent, and 87.60% for all microscopy techniques. The ResNet152 model achieved accuracies of 87.97% for bright field, 86.79% for dark field, 89.37% for fluorescent, and 87.69% for all microscopy techniques. Additionally, to improve the accuracy even further, automated cropping using edge detection and contour detection was done on the datasets to create cropped photos of hyphae. This resulted in average test accuracies of 87.17% for bright field, 86.90% for dark field, 91.22% for fluorescent, and 89.99% for all microscopy techniques. Generally, fluorescent consistently performed the best, but the heatmaps generated from each model show that hyphae can also be detected using the other microscopy techniques. This study can act as a steppingstone for future studies involving the classification of fungi through hyphae and other features.","PeriodicalId":102785,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Electrical, Computer, Communications and Mechatronics Engineering (ICECCME)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128533322","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Data was collected by observation, questionnaire, interview, and document analysis and used for performance analysis and review. The analysis of the power plant performance indicators showed that plant utilization is low with low load factor and hence low generation from the power plant because of high costs of generation and hence low demand which is limited to peak power supply. The powerplant has two operating gas turbines with recoverable exhaust heat energy of 119.4 MWthermal. The study recommends installation of a 20 MW Rankine cycle steam turbine with exhaust heat boiler for generation of steam. Recovery and applications for the hot cooling air are recommended is also recommended.","PeriodicalId":102785,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Electrical, Computer, Communications and Mechatronics Engineering (ICECCME)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131878691","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The Quality of Experience (QoE) for the end-users is, therefore, affected. To alleviate this problem, new ideas that carry network contents to the edge of the network are required. For this purpose, mobile edge computing and caching was introduced. However, the decentralized design of edge nodes, their small coverage, limited computing, and storage capacity pose challenges to the advancement of mobile edge caching. The purpose of this study is to explore the significance of recent advances in Mobile Edge Computing with focus on data caching techniques. We emphasize on the caching techniques of edge computing, the different advantages that it provides and also some of the challenges that come along with it. Some best practices that already exist have been considered to address the challenges of caching in 5G networks. One of the proposed frameworks in the literature consists of using an edge node to authenticate users while predicting and updating their content demands in real time. Based on the predictions, the users' average latency can be reduced by determining the optimal content that is to be stored through the use of advanced optimization techniques.","PeriodicalId":102785,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Electrical, Computer, Communications and Mechatronics Engineering (ICECCME)","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134144572","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
