This method allows to measure RMS values of sinusoidal and polyharmonic signals. The simplicity of implementation, the low value of the methodological error, can be attributed to the advantages of this method. The methodological measurement error is determined by the parameters of the output low-pass filter - by the values of its frequency characteristics. The objective of this article is to search for options for constructing an output filter that allows to ensure a low value of the RMS measurement error with a low implementation complexity. There were obtained analytical relationships that allows to evaluate the influence of filter parameters on the RMS measurement error of the sinusoidal input signal. An estimate of the influence of the frequency deviation of the input signal on the RMS measurement error is also obtained. Different types of digital filters were considered: Butterworth, Chebyshev I type infinite impulse response (IIR) digital filters, a filter with a Kaiser window and a moving average filter. The application of a moving average filter is considered in more detail. A technique is proposed for determining the order of a filter of this type to minimize the RMS measurement error. Estimates of the RMS error are applied to the signals of real electric power networks by simulation modeling in Simulink software package. The obtained analytical dependences are confirmed by the coincidence of the results of simulation and analytical modeling at check points.","PeriodicalId":101834,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Russian Automation Conference (RusAutoCon)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125782942","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The stabilization problem of the desired convey-crane position is posed under uncertain mass inertia characteristics, incomplete measurements and an action of external disturbances. Based on the passivity property, the control law with linear and sigmoidal parts is constructed for the solution of the problem. It is shown that the using of sigmoidal function as a prelimit realization of sign-function provides disturbances invariance with the given accuracy. Moreover, sigmoidal function in feedback allows to provide transient responses that are close to aperiodic and to reduce the control resources and chattering effect due to its boundness and smoothness properties. We use the reduced order state observer with sigmoidal corrective action to estimate the speed of the convey-cranes by measuring its position. This observer does not require the knowledge of plant model and introduction of a model of external disturbances. Simulation results of a closed system with developed dynamic feedback are presented, which are compared with a classical PD-controller.","PeriodicalId":101834,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Russian Automation Conference (RusAutoCon)","volume":"45 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121972199","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is proposed to increase the ACS robustness by creating an algorithmic information redundancy based on a built-in onboard mathematical model of the engine with the parametric gas- path diagnostics function. The method of the general matrix of influence coefficients (diagnostic matrix) is used. The study deals with the problem of incorrect conditionality of diagnostic matrices. The uncertainty of diagnostic systems is caused by the \"noise\" of the model. Two methods of reducing the model \"stochastic noise\" are considered. The first method is based on reducing undefined and ill-defined systems of equations to certain ones by selecting optimal sets of non-measurable parameters. The second approach is based on expanding the engine state space using numerical Monte Carlo methods. Based on the diagnostic results, the model is corrected in real time. \"Random noise\" in measured channels is compensated based on the Kalman filter. A semi-natural experiment on an industrial regulator with various engine power settings gave unsatisfactory results using the first method. The best accuracy is achieved when evaluating the high-pressure rotor speed, the worst-when evaluating the pressure behind the compressor. The second approach, based on statistical modeling, increases the identification accuracy by 1.5-4.7 times. Kalman filtering of input signals reduces the standard deviation of the obtained unmeasured parameters by 1.3-2.5 times.","PeriodicalId":101834,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Russian Automation Conference (RusAutoCon)","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134353333","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is because they define the basic metrological characteristics of the entire sensor. This is especially true for sensors that are designed to operate in extreme conditions: ultra-low and elevated temperatures, radiation, shocks and vibrations, aggressive environments. Such conditions are typical for nuclear energy, rocket and space and aviation equipment, petrochemical industry. Developed sensors shall provide guaranteed operability and standard technical characteristics for a long time under the influence of extreme external factors. In addition, the sensor must have a low power consumption and be compatible with modern interfaces. The listed conditions can be met by capacitive sensors of physical quantities, based on conversion of the measured parameter into a capacitance and further into another electric value. Such sensors, if the manufacturer has a proven design and technology, have a very high time and parametric stability and a long service life.","PeriodicalId":101834,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Russian Automation Conference (RusAutoCon)","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131543962","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The standard mathematical model, describing the reactor operation, has been extended by introducing the following dynamics of the executive device and consideration of physical restrictions of the state and control vector components. Under conditions of incomplete information about the state vector and at influence of external disturbances, an observer of the state and disturbances is synthesized, allowing to receive estimations of unknown signals with the set accuracy. The use of the block approach allowed to take into account physical constraints on phase variables and control at the stage of feedback synthesis. The proposed approach showed high efficiency by modeling the system CSTR reactor - DC motor in the Matlab simulation experiment.","PeriodicalId":101834,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Russian Automation Conference (RusAutoCon)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130706703","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Every year, Russia’s industrial enterprises produce ever more electricity and heat at their own DG facilities. Advanced low- and medium-capacity gas-turbine and gas-piston generator sets (GS) are widely used at DG facilities. The GS have a number of design parameters that significantly affect the rate and parameters of transients in case of external disturbances. These factors should be borne in mind when calculating the electrical parameters if appropriate decisions are to be made on which emergency controls would be best for the GS and the adjacent grid. This paper analyzes the cons of gas-turbine and gas-piston GS to provide guidelines on how to optimize the GS-to-distribution grid or GS-to-inhouse power grid connections in the light of such cons.","PeriodicalId":101834,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Russian Automation Conference (RusAutoCon)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131045634","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Formalized: space (state of the object, control actions, goals, observed values, analytical estimates). Analytical estimates of the state of a dynamic system are formed through the autocorrelation function. The autocorrelation function is calculated with the regulator setting the length of the analyzed time series (analysis depth). A digital copy of the production system is created, characterized by 1.2 million parameters. Modeling the activities of the production system is performed in the author's complex of programs. In total, twenty-eight controller states are calculated to analyze the effect of repeating parameters affecting the activity of the production system. The simulation shows the cyclical dynamics of changes in the autocorrelation function. Formalization of the production system is carried out, which allows you to move on to other methods of analysis of the production system: Kalman filter, neural network forecast, recurrence equation, balances.","PeriodicalId":101834,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Russian Automation Conference (RusAutoCon)","volume":"294 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133349421","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The most effect of supply of comfortable microclimate with minimum energy consumption is achieved by using dynamic multi-zone control of each room heating in abuilding according to changing of external and internal exposure and usage schedule of that room. However, implementation of that control system is affected by the issue of unbalanced heating flows.
