Among other things, paraffin deposits on the inner surface of the SIKNS measuring lines (MLs), in which flow meters are installed have a significant effect. Direct measuring the paraffin layer thickness in the time of the SIKNS operation is impossible, however, there is a relationship between the ML flow and the line pressure and temperature, which depends on the presence of paraffin deposits.Studies conducted based on the mathematical model of the SIKN measuring line section developed in the Aspen HYSYS software environment have shown that regression equations, which relate the ML flow to the line pressure and temperature depending on the paraffin layer thickness can be obtained. To increase the model adequacy, the errors of specific measuring instruments involved in the metering process (pressure and temperature transmitters) have been considered. Assessment of the adequacy of the regression equations obtained has shown that the relationship and the equation coefficients are only significant for pressure, so the ML temperature cannot be used to analyze the amount of paraffin deposits in it. It analyses and compares properties of models in application to the modeling of digital and physical component of a cyberphysical system. A hybrid model that includes virtual machines and emulators and some real hardware is recommended for the purposes of testing and verification of complex cyberphysical system. The importance of single timescale maintaining within the computer models is emphasized. The real case a hybrid model created for integration tests and cybersecurity researches is described. Safarov","doi":"10.1109/RusAutoCon49822.2020.9208164","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/RusAutoCon49822.2020.9208164","url":null,"abstract":"A methodology has been developed for optimizing the identification of micro-objects based on the use of neural networks (NN) of various topologies, synthesis of image processing mechanisms, extracting statistical, dynamic, specific characteristics, selecting and segmenting a contour, selecting reference points and reducing redundant points, taking into account systematic error factors, choosing an adequate model, setting variables and optimization. Methods and algorithms for determined and multivariate analysis, obtaining the coefficients of influence and elasticity of factors, approximating the contours represented by time series are proposed. Modified component schemes of the NN, training algorithms, developed a software package (SP) for visualization, recognition, classification of images of pollen grains, implemented a hybrid identification model taking into account the non-linearity of the effects of factors under the condition of a priori insufficiency and uncertainty of parameters. The efficiency of the SP was studied on the basis of a three-layer NN of forward and backward propagation of errors, learning algorithms with and without a teacher, Kohonen network with procedures for vector quantization, clustering and segmentation and the formation of a \"sliding windows\". The method of finding the average response time for all user requests is presented. It takes into account the impact of fault tolerance of individual servers of such a system. The problem determining the fault tolerance indicators of distributed IPS was reduced to the problem determining the stationary probabilities of QN states. The paper also presents an iterative algorithm for solving this problem. The authors proposed the method for automation of the cropping scrap metal images from convex quadrangle process and applied this method on railway carriages photographs. The brief description of convolutional neural networks (CNN) and machine learning methods used during the research is given in the paper. The paper presents the results of using various CNN and machine learning methods in the task of classifying images of scrap metal. The algorithm of improving image classification results is proposed. If N = 2k = 20, the method based on majority decoding yields more than double the gain. The results show that the choice of the length of the processed segment of the PRS N with an increase in destructive errors affects the average search time. The well-known works [2] do not study the phasing characteristics in short segments of the bandwidth, although it is obvious that with an increase in destructive errors one cannot simply increase N, since there are cases when the synchronization system will give worse characteristics compared to synchronization with respect to Ward’s method, or not provide a minimum of average search time for memory bandwidth Accordingly, a method based on majority decoding should, at a certain probability of error, synchronize the PRS over a certain definite segment of the PRS of length N. For the implementation of modeling, a mathematical application package Scilab (version 6.0.1) is used. Reagentless treatment of geothermal water in the heat supply system with an acoustic-magnetic device can significantly reduce the intensity of scale formation in the heat exchanger and heat exchange equipment. It provides conditions for the automation of geothermal heat supply of greenhouses with a surface heat exchanger. Based on the results of the simulation, the optimal mode of operation of the heat exchanger automation system was developed. In addition, modern technologies allow the processing of lunar soil into refined materials that can be used for 3D printing of modules for space bases or ships. The basis for modeling of the mobile Complex is the Kerbal Space Program – an engineering game aimed at familiarizing with the complexities of space exploration. The first version of the program was developed in 2010 by the Mexican company \"Squad\", the lead developer – Felipe Falanghe. In 2019, the project has been supported by the American developer of the GTA series of games. Now the program goes beyond using only by interested users. In the new version of the educational paradigm, it is proposed to include elements of computer games and simulations in the content of training courses. The application of the Kerbal Space Program in the educational process in technical disciplines solves the problems of attracting potential specialists to the space industry, as well as the development of \"space\" literacy, especially for young students. The requirements for an electric amplifier and the model of a human operator are analyzed. A structural diagram of the steering process is drawn up taking into account the features of the kinematic chain of the car. It is shown that many characteristics of the system depend on the speed of movement. This requires the use a corrective link to ensure stability in driving. The influence random component of the resistance moment on the system is analyzed and the optimal setting for the minimum dispersion of the output signal is determined.
