L’héminégligence visuelle fonctionnelle neurodéveloppementale : un trouble attentionnel à ne pas négliger 神经发育功能性视觉偏盲：不容忽视的注意力障碍

Cette asymétrie supérieure ou égale à 30 % d’un côté par à rapport à l’autre est, soit gauche, soit droite, à prédominance masculine. La réappropriation de l’hémichamp négligé est rapidement obtenue par une rééducation orthoptique et conduit à un effet de généralisation sur les apprentissages. Les progrès en lecture sont notamment observés subjectivement par les patients et leur entourage, et, objectivement, par des enregistrements par eye-tracking. Pour rendre compte de ces observations, une nouvelle entité syndromique : <em><strong>l’héminégligence visuelle fonctionnelle attentionnelle neurodéveloppementale</strong></em> est proposée.</p></div><div><p>In a population of children with neurodevelopmental disorders, the recording of dynamic saccades by eye-tracking and by the REMOBi™ tablet highlighted a significant incidence of asymmetries of successful saccades up to fixation. This asymmetry greater than or equal to 30% on one side relative to the other is either left or right, predominantly male. Reappropriation of the neglected hemifield is quickly achieved through orthoptic rehabilitation and leads to a generalization effect on learning abilities. Progress in reading is observed subjectively by patients and their relatives, and, objectively, by eye-tracking recordings. Ces pathologies présentent de nombreux défis tout au long du parcours de soins du patient. L’objet de cette revue est de présenter l’apport de l’oculométrie pour le diagnostic, le suivi, le pronostic de ces deux maladies neurodégénératives.</p></div><div><p>Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases are the main neurodegenerative pathologies of the older adults. These pathologies share numerous challenges along the patient's journey. Actuellement, l’utilisation combinée de programmes informatiques spécifiques, basés sur la recherche scientifique associés à la thérapie par occlusion, montre des résultats plus efficaces que l’utilisation exclusive de l’occlusion sur peau. Nous proposons dans cet article, à travers une série de cas cliniques, une mise à jour des protocoles de traitement de l’amblyopie anisométropique, en introduisant le logiciel Visionary comme un outil clé dans les résultats obtenus.</p></div><div><p>The treatment of amblyopia at the clinical level is undergoing a refreshing change thanks to technology. Currently, the combined use of specific computer programs based on scientific research together with occlusion therapy is showing more effective results than the exclusive use of the patch.
