Although previous studies examined the tourist behavioral intention through deployment of sustainability principles or destination sustainability, there is a lack of research on the effect of NPSus on National Park Behavioral Intention (NPBI). To address this gap, this study developed a model which investigates the effect of NPSus as an independent variable, and National Park Satisfaction (NPSat) as mediator on tourist NPBI. The research hypotheses where NPSus and NPSat have a significant effect on NPBI was examined. A self-administrated questionnaire was distributed among 600 tourists from developed countries visiting Kinabalu National Park (KNP). The data was examined through deployment of structural equation modelling. The findings revealed that NPSus does not affect NPBI directly, however, NPSus has a significant indirect effect on tourist NPBI through mediation effect of NPSat. Furthermore, NPSat was a full mediator. Entrepreneurship therefore needs to be embedded into the basic fabric of society. Sport in South Africa has moved from being amateur-focused to being professional-focused, resulting in an increase in the number of professional sport coaches in the sport industry. Furthermore, heightened competition for coaching positions has intensified the volatility of coaches’ jobs as well as their job security. The purpose of this study was, therefore, to explore the influence of outlook towards work on the entrepreneurial potential of professional sport coaches in South Africa. A quantitative research approach was adopted for the study. This involved the administration of questionnaires to 200 professional sport coaches. Frequencies and percentages were used to report on the data. In addition, a one-way between-groups analysis of variance was conducted to investigate the impact of level of outlook towards work on entrepreneurial potential. The results indicated that sport coaches with high levels of motivation, aptitude and attitudes towards work have higher levels of entrepreneurial potential. Sport coaches who possess a positive attitude towards work, are knowledgeable about entrepreneurship and are motivated to excel may be more likely to achieve long term success than those who do not possess these qualities. The use of non-financial performance measures in the manufacturing environment is even crucial where its normal operation is more complex than any other type of organizations. The purposes of this research are to examine the application of non-financial performance measurement system among manufacturing companies and to explore the association between size of the firm, business environment, owners/manager involvement and modern manufacturing technology and the use of non-financial performance measures. A questionnaire was sent to a random sample 500 Malaysian manufacturing firms which resulted in 102 useable returned questionnaires. The results show that non-financial performance measures related to internal processes and customers have the highest extent of use. In contrast, techniques related to quality control have a relatively low level of use. The results also reveal that there are significant relationships between size of the firm, involvement of owner/manager, and modern technology and the use of non-financial performance measures. Besides, providing of pioneer steel production and dealing in Iran's economy other economic sectors developed.</p><p>In this study, Youhanson long term convergence and Grangery cause tests utilized to relationship type and Iran's macroeconomics variables (Gross National Product, Global Oil price, Population and domestic steel production) impact investigation to analyze steel export and import in the period of: 1975-2011.</p><p>Findings show the statistical positive and significant relationship between “crude steel export” with “Gross National Product, Global Oil price, Population and domestic steel production”. Also the statistical positive and significant relationship between “crude steel import” with “Gross National Product, Global Oil price, Population and domestic steel production” was approved. However, the recent turmoils in the major financial centers in USA, China, etc. raise the question about the possible transmission of the global shocks to the CEECs stock markets despite the low degree of financial integration. The main research questions are: can the spillover effect transmit from the major stock markets on the CEECs stock markets and what type of shocks cause the cross-border contagion risk transmission to the CEECs stock markets? The objective of this study – to identify the transmission of global shocks through stock markets channel in the CEECs. The research methods: the systemic, logical and comparative analysis of the scientific literature and statistical methods: Dynamic Conditional Correlation Generalized Autoregressive Conditional Heteroskedasticity (DCC-GARCH) model. The empirical results of this study suggest that the highest degree of global and regional integration of the stock markets was observed in Poland's, Czech Republic's, and Hungary's stock markets that can be explained by higher development level of these stock markets comparing to other CEECs. The collapse of Lehman Brothers bank in United States in 2008 was the most significant shock transmitted to CEECs stock markets.
