Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is the most prevalent type of adult lymphoproliferative disorder, but oral manifestations are uncommon. An 80-year-old woman was referred to us, complaining of a painful, polypoidal, and rapidly growing mass at the lateral border of her tongue. We performed an excision with adequate margin around the stalk of the polyp. It was first defined in 1991 by WHO. An 18-month-old Chinese infant with a rapidly enlarging mass in the neck was presented here. Physical examination revealed a dark-red, firm mass measuring 7.0<!--> <!-->×<!--> <!-->4.5<!--> <!-->cm in the anterior neck. No associated with KMS was observed despite its size. Morphologically, the tumor consisted of dense spindle cells with a nodular growth pattern, with hypocellular areas of hyalinized fibrous stroma. Immunohistochemically, both spindle and epithelioid were immunoreactive to CD34, CD31 and UEA-1, while negative to GLUT1, EMA, cytokeratin or S-100 protein. The well-formed capillaries and mature vessels but not spindle tumor cell showed reactivity for FVIII-Rag. α-SMA were detected in pericysts surrounding spindle cells. Large vessels in the tumor were positive for VEGFR3. Recurrence occurred 6 month after first operation. Granulocytic sarcomas are composed of a localized collection of immature myeloid cells and are considered to be specific lesions of AML or the onset of a blast crisis in chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML). Localization in the oral cavity is rare. A review of the literature showed only thirty-six cases of granulocytic sarcoma in the oral cavity. The patient complained of a painless mass in the left neck, which was removed and histologically diagnosed as cystic malignancy. One year and seven months after the removal, a squamous cell carcinoma of the right tongue base and cystic metastases of the right neck were discovered. A hybrid VC is a non-verrucous SCC that arises synchronously with the VC. We report a case of a monstrous exophytic tumor in the oral cavity. Histologic examination revealed distinct discrepancy to clinical observation. After review of the literature pathogenesis, histopathology and therapeutic options are discussed. The differential diagnosis of VC remains difficult and requires clinical and pathologic data confrontation. We are reporting a case of non-small cell undifferentiated carcinoma of the lung in a 52-year-old man, which developed metastasis to the vertebra, adrenal and upper vestibular gingiva. Clinically, the oral lesion mimicked a pyogenic granuloma. The biopsy established the gingival metastasis from lung cancer and after two weeks the patient died.
