In this paper, we try to explore the factors behide climate changes by combining window query and time-varying data mining techniques. With constant query time and acceptable storage cost, the algorithms presented support various queries on 3d time-varying datasets, such as average, min, and max value. A new time-varying data analysis algorithm is given, which is especially suitable for analyzing big data. All these algorithms have been implemented on and integrated into a visual analysis system, with tiled-LCD ultra-resolution display. Recurrent Cartesian Genetic Programming evolved Artificial Neural Network (RCGPANN) is demonstrated to produce computationally efficient and accurate model for forex prediction with an accuracy of as high as <strong>98.872%</strong> for a period of 1000 days. The approach utilizes the trends that are being followed in historical data to predict five currency rates against Australian dollar. The model is evaluated using statistical metrics and compared. Calpastatin gene and callipyge gene has been located to chromosome 5 and 18 of sheep. The objective of present study was to identification of calpastatin and callipyge genes polymorphism and survey of genotype structure in population of Lori sheep kept in Iran. Blood samples were taken from 120 Lori Sheep breed and Genomic DNA was extracted by salting out method. Polymorphism was identified applying the PCR-RFLP technique. The PCR products were digested with MspI and FaqI endonucleases for calpastatin gene and callipyge gene, respectively. In this population, three patterns were observed and genotype frequencies for AA, AB and BB detected 0.32, 0.63, and 0.05 for calpastatin gene respectively. The results obtained for the callipyge gene revealed that only the wild-type allele A was observed indicating that, only genotype AA was present in the population under consideration. So, the results confirmed that PCR-RFLP technique can be used to identify genetic variation in this breed and is a useful tool for selection plans based on marker-assisted selection.</p></div>","PeriodicalId":100649,"journal":{"name":"IERI Procedia","volume":"8 ","pages":"Pages 18-23"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"https://sci-hub-pdf.com/10.1016/j.ieri.2014.09.004","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"89407104","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"OA","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
