In this paper, in order to permit the rapid changing for a topology of a virtual network, we propose a new virtual network construction method based on the shortest path betweenness. In our proposed method, at first, a service provider receives a user's request for the reconfiguration of the constructed virtual network. In this case, the service provider reconfigures the topology of the constructed virtual network rapidly based on shortest path betweenness. The Schrödinger-electrostatic algorithm was propounded to further increase both the accuracy and alacrity of detecting natural phenomena. According to our theoretical experimentation, the air density plays a major role in lightning forecast. In this paper, the distribution and trend of petroleum in marine environment waters and sediments is studied to guide and improve the level of environmental impact assessment in the Caofeidian marine district, Tangshan Bay, China. The natural neighbor grid method and the least squares fitting method are used for the distribution and the trend respectively. The cloud model is applied to assessment single factor environmental quality of petroleum. The research results show that the part of petroleum in marine waters exceeds the forth level of water quality standard. The sediments belongs to the first level of sediments standard. In data mining over web, the accuracy of selecting necessary data according to user demand and pick them for output is considered as a major challenging task over the years. This paper proposes an approach to mapping data over the web 3.0 through ontology and access the required data via an intelligent agent. The agent provides all the searched data related to user query from which user can find desired information. When the user does not have sufficient search parameter, knowledge can be perceived from the information provided by the agent. The derivation of such unknown knowledge from the existing can be achieved by semantic web mining. We present an intelligent agent-based web mining model where users’ query is being searched by following existing traditional way, e.g. by Google. The Canary Islands store a large amount of energy in the form of biomass. This may be important on a small scale for the design of small power plants with similar fuels from agricultural activities, and these plants could supply rural areas that could have self-sufficiency energy. The problem with the Canary Islands for a boost in this achievement is to ensure the supply to the consumer centers or power plants for greater efficiency that must operate continuously, allowing them to have a resource with regularity, quality and at an acceptable cost. In the Canary Islands converge also a unique topography with a very rugged terrain that makes it greater difficult to use and significantly more expensive.
