{"title":"Rancangan Pembelajaran Teaching Factory Di Smk Tata Busana","authors":"Noor Fitrihana","doi":"10.21831/HEJ.V2I2.23293","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21831/HEJ.V2I2.23293","url":null,"abstract":"Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 41 Tahun 2015  tentang pembangunan sumber daya industri menyatakan bahwa  penyelenggaraan pendidikan vokasi industri berbasis kompetensi harus dilengkapi dengan Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi (LSP), pabrik dalam sekolah (teaching factory), dan tempat uji kompetensi (TUK). Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Nomor 22 tahun 2016 tentang standar proses pendidikan dasar dan menengah menyatakan bahwa salah satu model pembelajaran yang perlu dikembangkan adalah  pembelajaran yang menghasilkan karya berbasis pemecahan masalah (project based learning) disesuaikan dengan karakteristik kompetensi dan jenjang pendidikan.  Kedua peraturan ini menjadi landasan implementasi teaching factory (TEFA) di sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK). Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini pemilik industri busana yang memiliki perjanjian kerjasama dengan pihak program studi sebagai tempat magang mahasiswa pada tahun 2017 sejumlah 21 industri busana tempat PI. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah angket tertutup dan wawancara tidak terstruktur. Instrumen diuji menggunakan teknik validitas konstruk.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dengan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) 25% Industri Butik mengelola 17-24 jenis pekerjaan produksi, 75% mengelola 9-16 jenis pekerjaan produksi, (2) 66,6% Industri Modiste mengelola 17-24 jenis pekerjaan produksi, 22,2% mengelola 9-16 jenis pekerjaan produksi, 11,1% mengelola 1-8 jenis pekerjaan produksi,  dan (3) 50% Industri Garmen mengelola 9-16 jenis pekerjaan produksi, dan 50% mengelola 1-8 jenis pekerjaan produksi. Komariah","doi":"10.21831/HEJ.V1I1.23283","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21831/HEJ.V1I1.23283","url":null,"abstract":"Kreativitas  dapat dikembangkan  melalui berbagai cara, sementara ini implementasi inquiry dan descovery  pada  praktek seni penyajian makanan  belum pernah dikaji.  Melalui tulisan ini ingin diketahui  apakah penggunaan metode inquiry. Discovery berdampak pada pembentukan kreativitas seni penyajian makanan. Penelitian ini dilakukan  melalui penelitian tindakan kelas, metode  penelitian dimodifikasi dari Kemmis, setiap siklus  dibagi 3 tahap yaitu perencanaan, observasi dan tindakan serta refleksi.  Subjek penelitian adalah  39 orang mahasiswa. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, angket dan wawancara, Analisis data dilakukan secara deskiptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian    menemukan  metode  inquiry discovery  menunjukkan kreativitas  proses  sangat baik (3,44) dan kreativitas  produk  baik (3,97), dan  kreativitas  individu  secara  rerata sangat baik (3,33). Adapun tujuan pembuatannya  untuk memperlihatkan proses hasil rias fantasi mulai dari merancangtata  rias fantasi, merancang  kostum dan kelengkapanya sampai aplikasi rias fantasi  dan menata kostum dengan kelengkapannya pada tokoh Lionfish Lepu dan mempergelarkan drama musikal Sabda Raja Mutiara yang terdapat tokoh Lionsfish Lepu. Metode yang digunakan untuk endapatkan hasil rias fantasi tokoh Lionfish Lepu menggunakan R&D dengan model pengembangan 4D, yaitu: 1) define; 2) design; 3) develop; 4) disseminate. Waktu penelitian dilakukan di lab tata rias dan kecantikan lt 2 program studi Tata Rias& Kecantikan , jurusan PTBB, FT-UNY. Bidang keahlian yang menjadi fokus penelitian; (8). Produk yang dihasilkan. Sampel  penelitian  adalah populasi  skripsi mahasiswa angkatan Tahun 2009/2010 sampai 2011/2012.  Analisis data yang digunakan analisis diskriptif. Hasil analisis konten: (1). Pendekatan penelitian adalah Reseach & Development sejumlah 43 skripsi  (37%), dan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) sejumlah 34 skripsi (29,31%); (2).  Populasi penelitian tersebar di SD, SMP, SMK Tata Busana, dan masyarakat, sejumlah 116, terbanyak di SMK sejumlah 107 (92,24%).  (3).  Metode terbanyak yaitu  observasi  (89,65%); Uji  validitas  yang  banyak adalah   validitas  konstruk  (55,63%),  dan  validitas  isi  (37,755).  Reliabilitas  yang  digunakan adalah Alfa Cronbach (50,35%), dan Antar Rater (35,66% ); (4). Analisis data terbanyak menggunakan analisis deskriptif (61,21%); (5). Implementasi model pembelajaran yang terbanyak model Saintifik (22%);  (6). Metode pembelajaran banyak digunakan: Ceramah (29.2%),  Demonstrasi (25.8%),   Tanya  Jawab  dan  Penugasan  masing-masing  (17.5%);  (7). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkatketerlaksanaan suatu kebijakan secaracermat dengan cara mengetahui efektivitasmasing-masing komponen yang dievaluasidengan pendekatan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan. Pengembangan video pembelajaran dilakukan dengan pendekatan 4D (Define, Design, Develop dan Dissemination). Video pembelajaran ini menjelaskan sifat fisik dan emulsi telur. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket penilaian kelayakan media. Uji coba terbatas video pembelajaran dilakukan pada 30 orang mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknik Boga, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) video pembelajaran mata kuliah Pengujian Bahan Pangan untuk materi sifat fisik dan emulsi telur telah dikembangkan dengan format mp4, durasi 11 menit, dan terdiri dari 5 bagian yaitu pembukaan, persiapan alat dan bahan, eksperimen, evaluasi hasil dan penutupan. One fourth of the 10 million custodial mothers eligible for child support are currently married. This study uses both reports of child support payment from noncustodial fathers and reports of child support receipt made by custodial mothers to examine the impact of current marital status on the payment of child support. The data are from the Survey of Income and Program Participation. Findings indicate that if either parent is currently married, less child support is paid. Policy implications depend upon how this result is interpreted. Noncompliance with a child support award indicates increased award enforcement is needed. Workman","doi":"10.1177/0046777494224002","DOIUrl":"10.1177/0046777494224002","url":null,"abstract":"<p>Belief in a just world is associated with an expectation that individuals can determine their own rewards and punishments rather than being at the mercy of external forces (Rotter, 1966). Believers in a just world are likely to view victims as responsible for their fates. An experimental design was used to test the effect of victim clothing, just-world belief, and sex of subject on attributions concerning sexual harassment. A convenience sample of 200 subjects (97 males, 102females, 1 information missing) was used in a 2 (provocative vs. nonprovocative clothing) × 2 (believers vs. nonbelievers) × 2 (sex of subject) between-subjects factorial design. The subjects read a vignette that described a claim of sexual harassment, viewed a photograph of the victim, and made attributions reflecting blame by responding to four items. Subjects also indicated the likelihood that a male supervisor would engage in each of eight sexually harassing behaviors. Multivariate analyses of variance, analyses of variance, and the Newman-Keuls test were used to analyze the data. Subjects indicated that the victim appearing in provocative clothing, as opposed to the victim in nonprovocative clothing, could have prevented the incident, provoked the advances, and brought about the advances. Female subjects indicated that a male supervisor was more likely to engage in sexually harassing behaviors than did male subjects. Data were gathered through semistructured individual interviews with a purposive sample of 14 seniors in a college of home economics at a large midwestern university.
