(2019). Bowels and Urine Odors and its Solutions. Archives of Endocrinology and Diabetes 1(1). From the beginning time people go for bowel outside in the fields and when he was doing bowel that time how much time he spend that place he must live in the environments of the bowel odor. And till now after many improvement of toilets we must live in odor of poop in our toilets .we use perfume detergent cake and any kind of chemicals to remove odor but odor mixed with perfume or chemical and disturb our nose to brain and our mood become distress. And when our brain gets disturb then our metabolic process is also disturb. Poop odor spread soon after and its cover near about 5 to 8 feet diameters within 30 second and by smell flies and other insects attack the night soil .because it is good food for them. By the odor of bowel we can get air born diseases and other diseases like hepatitis, e-coli, dysentery viral infection, cholera diarrhea etc same time our faces contain many kind of egg of worms and it is possible to get water born diseases. odor of bowel is very slow poison because it contain sulfur compound, hydrogen sulfide, l,, bilirubin, bilverdin, various salt, Harmons, carbohydrates, fatty acid nitrogen, phosphorus and un digested food particles these are same compound that are responsible for odor of flatulence.","PeriodicalId":93731,"journal":{"name":"Archives of diabetes & obesity","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-01-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"43125141","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Elevation in post meal plasma glucose is due to loss of first phase insulin secretion, decreased insulin sensitivity in peripheral tissues and consequent decreased suppression of hepatic glucose output after meals due to insulin deficiency. Elevated or exaggerated post meal response is directly responsible for endothelial dysfunction and pro-atherogenic states. Post-meal hyperglycemia is a prominent early defect in type-2 diabetes patients.","PeriodicalId":93731,"journal":{"name":"Archives of diabetes & obesity","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-12-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"49053543","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Given the discordance between classifications based on FPG and A1C and higher A1C levels among African Americans (AAs) than whites, we sought to examine the prevalence of normoglycemia, prediabetes, and diabetes among a community sample of adult AAs (n=704) screened for enrollment in a randomized Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP). We conducted a retrospective analysis to estimate the degree of discordance between risk categories based on FPG and A1C and examine the risk factors that predicted A1C and FPG levels. To determine differential effects on risk categories defined using FPG and A1C, we examined the effects of the program on the measures at 12 weeks post-intervention among the intervention arm participants.","PeriodicalId":93731,"journal":{"name":"Archives of diabetes & obesity","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"44726002","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Lowering one’s A1C to a prescribed target is expected to mitigate one’s risk of developing longand short-term diabetes-related complications. Several of the less expensive and commonly prescribed glucose lowering agents favored by practitioners result in weight gain, hypoglycemia, and even an increased risk of cardiovascular (CV) mortality. Although achieving a targeted A1C of <7 % is the standard of care, clinicians often fail to evaluate patients for glycemic variability which can increase oxidative stress driving long-term diabetesrelated complications including CV death. The use of concentrated insulins and glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists separately or in combination with each other reduces glycemic variability and one’s risk of hypoglycemia. Pharmaceutical agents which allow patients to safely achieve their targeted A1C without weight gain and hypoglycemia should be preferred in patients with type 2 diabetes.","PeriodicalId":93731,"journal":{"name":"Archives of diabetes & obesity","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-09-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"69690798","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Pharmacological treatments commonly used present several side effects, and this is driving people to search natural approaches. Olea europaea is currently investigated for its anti-diabetic potential. In particular, oleuropein (OLE), its main bioactive compound, have been demonstrated to exert interesting activities in management of T2DM, including hypoglycemic and antioxidant activities. Years ago, indeed, the term “diabesity” was coined highlighting not only the strong pathogenic relationship between obesity and T2DM, but also the pandemic aspect that link these two diseases.
