CSF leak from the orbital roof (ophthalmorrhea) is something rare and warrants further discussion. Case: We present a unique case of CSF leak from the orbital roof proceeded by three days history of trauma to the orbit. Acute leukemia is a pathology that requires emergency diagnosis and can be associated with a poor prognosis. Objectives and Methods: There will be presented 6 cases of acute leukemia with associated pathology, with unfavorable prognosis. Results: There were 5 female with acute myeloid leukemia and 1 male patient with acute with acute lymphoblastic B cell leukemia hospitalized in the Colentina Clinical Hospital during years 2021-2022 with very poor outcome.The data were collected from the general clinical observation papers, with the consent of the patients. Material and Method: The data were collected through an interview and a family drawing in Fidele Family’s home. These data were analysed through the thematic analysis and a drawing analysis approach. Results: The family taboo regarding sickle cell disease makes Fidele feel strange about her sick sister. She remains powerless in the face of the crises of her sister with whom she is prettified by the parents concerning her surveillance and protection against crises and aggressive behaviour coming from people outside the family. This prettification is a potential factor of resilience insofar as it makes her active with the child and hence his illness.
