Experiments of transfer learning were conducted with configuration of super parameters and a small lab fire dataset, whose pre-trained models are GoogLeNet, ResNet and MobileNet trained with ImageNet dataset. We analyze and assess the loss function curve and the performances of the above models. Result shows that MoblieNet model is chosen to be the optimum model for fire detection, providing a reference to lab fire detection with small sample size datasets. {"title":"The Relationship between Saudi Cadets’ Willingness to Communicate and Their English Language Proficiency","authors":"A. The study investigated the relationship between the cadets’ WTC using English and their English vocabulary size, along with the cadets’ perceived English competence. In addition, the study looked at the relationship between the Saudi military cadets’ WTC using English and their L2 anxiety. A survey was designed for and administered to 113 Saudi military cadets with an average age of 20 years old. Correlation and regression analyses revealed an association between the Saudi cadets’ WTC in L2 and the size of their English vocabulary. Furthermore, the study found a strong linear relationship between the students’ perception of their competence in English and their WTC in L2. {"title":"Effects of Dyadic Psychotherapy and Self- Monitoring Strategy on Marriage Anxiety among Young Married Couples in Ibadan Baptist Conference","authors":"Professor R. However, marriage anxiety often exerts force on married couples resulting in undesired behaviours. Evidences have shown that young married couples experience marriage anxiety which may lead to conflicts, separation, divorce, suicide and homicide. Previous studies had focused majorly on factors leading to marital anxiety with very few interventions to address the problem. This study, therefore, employed dyadic psychotherapy and self-monitoring strategy as interventions to reduce marriage anxiety among the participants. Ninety-four participants were selected in Ibadan Baptist Conference. Taylor Manifest Anxiety Scale ( 16r=\"> 0.89) was used as screening instrument while the main instrument for post test was Hamilton Anxiety Scale ( 16r=\"> 0.86). The experiment lasted eight weeks. Seven null hypotheses were tested at 0.05 level of significance. Analysis of Covariance (ANCOVA) and Scheffee post hoc test were used as tools of Analysis. The results show that there was a significant main effect of treatment on marriage anxiety (F2.83=60.292; P<0.05, ?2=0.592). Dyadic psychotherapy and self-monitoring strategy were effective in reducing marriage anxiety. This study aims to clarify the factors influencing secondary school students’ deep learning of English under the dual-line blended teaching mode. To this end, the article first proposes a hypothesis on the factors influencing secondary school students’ deep learning of English in a dual-line blended teaching model. The article then used questionnaires and structural equation modelling to test the hypotheses and validate the model. The results found that: secondary school students’ English deep learning level is moderate; deep learning is influenced by student factors, teacher factors, interaction factors and environmental factors. The current research is a cross-sectional and correlational research, and its statistical population consists of all managers of active companies in Rasht Industrial City, and 255 samples that were selected based on Morgan’s table and by random sampling were used for analysis. Descriptive analyses were performed using SPSS 22 statistical software and final analysis was performed using Smart PLS 2 statistical software. The results of the research showed that business intelligence has a significant relationship with organization agility and IT infrastructure flexibility, and IT infrastructure flexibility has a significant relationship with organization agility. Also, the analysis results confirmed the mediating role of IT infrastructure flexibility in the relationship between business intelligence and organization agility, but the moderating role of IT infrastructure flexibility in the relationship between business intelligence and organization agility was not confirmed. This mini-review focuses on Franklin’s contributions to the double helix discovery. The title of this paper, Photograph 51, describes a x-ray diffraction image of DNA (B form) taken by Franklin and her graduate student Raymond Gosling (Note 1). Its importance will be described, as well as Franklin’s other contributions to the double helix discovery. Of immense importance is what Crick and Watson themselves said: Without Franklin’s data, “the formulation of our structure would have been most unlikely, if not impossible” (Note 2). The White House brochure said that Oppenheimer’s philosophy was that all interested students should be given the opportunity to do research.Research should not be reserved for the elite.2) election as a Fellow of the American Association for the advancement of science (AAAS). A Fellow of the AAAS is defined as a Member whose efforts on behalf of the advancement of science or its application are scientifically or socially distinguished. Specifically of Oppenheimer as a AAAS Fellow it noted for studies on cell surface carbohydrates in morphogenesis and malignancy. And also for award winning programs that bring advances in science to the student3) statewide Trustees Outstanding Professor Award of the 500,000 student California State University system (largest public university system in the United States). Two of about 20,000 faculty are selected for this highest system wide award each year.These honors resulted from an open door student research program, student career outcomes, student co-authored publications and 14 textbooks/textbook editions. Most of all Oppenheimer’s enthusiasm, energy and humor were instrumental in this success. This program is replicable for those with the energy, enthusiasm and motivation to work with many research students. This paper will explore all the components of this program (Note 1-94).
