However small and non-small cell lung cancer are most frequent in both. The molecular basis for the utility of radiopeptides is due to their peptide receptor over expression by certain tumours [1]. Peptides are more important elements in fundamental biological processes due to their specificity for controlling various biological functions through their specific receptors naturally. The increased attention for peptides or their receptors for imaging cancer is due to their expression/over expression in many primary human cancers and their ability to target specific receptor. The clinical impact of radiolabelled peptides has been observed in theranostics by diagnosis of location of tumours and their metastases by receptor scintigraphy and by facilitating receptor radiotherapy of tumours for treatment. An emerging theme is the significantly increased susceptibility of infection with COVID-19 among patients with cancer, as well as in those with hospital admission and recurrent hospital visits [1]. Early reports from China estimate that cancer patients incur a significantly increased risk of invasive ventilation, ICU admission or mortality compared to patients without cancer [2]. A New York hospital system documented 218 COVID-19 cancer patients from March 18 to April 8, 20203. Hospital system staff reported 28% of COVID-19 deaths in cancer patients, compared to 14% in the control group, suggesting a growing need for strategies to reduce exposure risk [3]. ROS leads to the formation of primary (diene conjugate [DC], ketodienes [KD]) and secondary (malonic dialdehyde [MDA], bityrozine crosslinks [BC], Schiff ’s bases [SHB]) and other products that have a positive or negative effect on the biomembrane cells. For the leveling of ROS processes in the body, an endogenous antioxidant defense system (AOD) is developed, which consists of enzymatic and non-enzymatic links. The first group includes superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (C), peroxidase (P), glutathion peroxidase (GP), glutathione reductase (GR); to the second, glutathione (GL), alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E, VE), plasma antioxidant activity (AOA), total thiols, non-protein thiols, protein thiols (TT, NPT, PT), etc. [1,2]. It has been established that ROS products mainly implement a suppressive and AOD a modulating effect on the immune reactivity of patients [3]. Abnormal TFF1 expression is associated with carcinogenesis. In order to investigate the expression of TFF1 in esophageal carcinoma and its potential gene regulatory network. We used sequencing data from the Cancer Genome Atlas database and Gene Expression Omnibus, analyzed TFF1 expression and gene regulation networks in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA). TFF1 expression profiling was analyzed using Oncomine TM, while TFF1 mutation and related functional networks were identified using cBioPortal. Linked Omics was used to identify differential gene expression with TFF1 and to analyze Gene Ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathways. We found that TFF1 is overexpressed in ESCA, and deletion is the most common TFF1 mutation type in ESCA, and TFF1 gene mutation may also significantly affect the prognosis of ESCA patients. Functional network analysis showed that TFF1 may play a role in ESCA by participating in NF-κB signaling pathway and Hippo signaling pathway.
