The general requirements for building such databases are understood, but technological tools and approaches continue to be developed because of the specific requirements of operating environments. However, in many situations, the implementation of domain-specific databases still presents major challenges. In interdisciplinary research environments where groups work on a common geographical region, several issues arise from the use of diverse sources of geospatial data. Such issues need the input of software specialists, and researchers usually lack the time and/or expertise required to become substantially involved in informatics projects. Groups investigating natural and social processes related to agriculture, ecology or natural resources management need to solve data incompatibilities in order to share and reuse information. Accordingly, this paper presents MP-Geo, a framework for a software process specification for guiding the construction of a specialized geospatial database and its management system. The salient characteristic of the framework is its emphasis on and inclusion of software engineering good practices and standards. The framework emerges from the real needs of academics and students working in the field of agricultural and natural resource management. The obtained colors were converted from the picture information taken under a white light source, such as D65. Moreover, this paper looks into implementing network-wide smart card authentication on enterprise systems in an attempt to alleviate those systems of passwordbased authentication schemes. One way to achieve highest level of quality is to identify factors affecting academic performance and then trying to resolve weakness of these factors. The specific objective of the proposed research work is to find out if there are any patterns in the available data (student and courses records) that could be useful for predicting students’ performance. The study involved a sample of 150 students collected from Najran University students in Saudi Arabia. The data was captured and arranged with the use of statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) and data mining tool (clementine). Developing an accurate student’s performance prediction model is challenging task. Data mining based model were used to identify which of the known factors can give an early indicator of expected performance. This paper employs both feature reduction and classification technique to reduce error rate. The experimental results reveal significant relationships between including both practical work and assignments in course and its success rate. But, on the other hand the number of given assignment has a negative impact on course academic performance. This research applied a survey to discover weakness and strengths of ICT sector in Palestine, survey consists of different six categories of questions: general information, production type, quality control and standardization, relationships between association and customers, production quality, and production size, every category discusses a dilemma. Results of survey are listed for each category with clarifying and comparing between current situation and the good practices that should be followed. Discussion and recommendations added SWOT analysis for results and changes that should be followed. We also find that how social networks impact the academics of students. Lastly, we discuss how youngsters got compromised by their personal and private data. In the end, we figured out that the excessive use of social networks effect the students’ physical and psychological health negatively. Social Networking Platforms have a positive impact on their academics. A number of students have been harassed and their personal data has been misused due to lack of knowledge about security and privacy policies.
