All the information stored in the World Wide Web has semantics and relevance these days. Searching in this pool of information on the web is a very tedious task. Keyword search similarity is an important tool for exploring and searching large data repositories whose structure is either unknown, or constantly changing. The current existing systems define various techniques that work on searching the information semantically. These techniques have various limitations that give rise to many problems in the web. If the data is organized in a definite schema then the efficient results can be easily obtained. This paper focuses on various techniques that focuses on searching of keywords using RDF schema and obtaining similarity in the web using different techniques. Because of its sensitivity the emergency department should be organized appropriately and the process of service provision in this department should be precisely defined and determined to provide better services to patients with effective management. Hospitals performance indicators as well as are the most important tools to show the function of this department, which should be examined regularly and during the specified period. The aim of this study was, first, to identify the emergency department performance indicators and second, to determine the impact of IT on these indicators. Method: This study was unsystematic-review study. The literature was searched of libraries, books, conference proceedings, data bank, and also search engines available at Google, Google scholar. In our searches, we employed the following keywords and their combinations: indicator, performance, evaluation, emergency and IT in the searching areas of title, keywords, abstract, and full text. In this study, more than 100 articles and reports were collected and 34 of them were selected based on their relevancy. Results: According to the survey, it was observed that some of the indicators mentioned in the articles were common. A number of indicators include waiting time, Length of triage, Length of Visit, ED Length of Stay, ED admissions, Number of Tests and Images Ordered, ED Mortality and Percentage of unsuccessful CPR. Also the literature review showed that health information systems could have an impact on increasing the efficiency of the emergency department. Conclusion: Checking the performance indicators are one of the most important duties of the emergency department and hospital manager that can help them to evaluate the emergency department and followed its status in terms of planning or scientific researches. This paper will aim to bring to fore the low penetration of e-learning tools in developing countries like Nigeria. Ten universities are picked at random five in the United Kingdom and five in Nigeria. The aim of this paper is to optimize and parallelize the currently available Conjugate Gradient Solver for OpenFOAM (Open source Field Operation and Manipulation) on GPU using CUDA which stands for Compute Unified Device Architecture, is a parallel computing platform and application programming interface (API) model created by NVIDIA. OpenFOAM is a C++ toolbox for development of customized numerical solvers of continuum mechanics problems, including Computational Fluid Dynamics. The nature of architecture design and selection for service oriented computing applications is quite complex as compared to traditional software architecture. Web Services have complex and rigorous architectural styles with their own underlying architectural characteristics. Due to this, selection for accurate architectural style for web services development has become more complex decision to be made by architects. Architectural style selection is a multi-criteria decision and demands lots of experience in service oriented computing. There is a huge gap for automated selection of web services architectural styles. Decision support systems are good solution to simplify the selection process of a particular architectural style. Our research suggests an automated approach using DSS for selection of architectural styles while developing a web service to cater FRs & NFRs (Functional & Non Functional Requirements). Our proposed mechanism helps architects to select right web service architectural pattern according to domain, and non-functional requirements without compromising quality. In this paper a rule base DSS has been developed using CLIPS (C Language Integrated Production System) to support decision process in multi-criteria requirements. To select suitable web service, system takes architectural characteristics, domain requirements and software architect preferences for NFRs as input by applying rule base approach. Next Weighted Sum Model has been applied to prioritize quality attributes and domain requirements. A qualitative and quantitative research methodology is adopted relying on critical review of literature on web-presence to provide justifications for web-presence as innovative means of managing museums in KSA. Currently, KSA uses traditional methods for museum promotion, which can be problematic. However, by adopting internet technology, KSA is fast becoming an information-based society and there is a need for a paradigm shift to correct the misguided notion that museums are just for children or keeping worn-out artefacts. Effective use of web-presence provides certain benefits: wider dissemination of information on the museums to visitors, promotion of e-museums, promotion of Saudi’s heritage, faith and culture online, and improved visitors’ satisfaction. KM has many useful domains and one of those domains can be its usage in creating effective learning environment in universities. Different batch of students pass every year and during this, they need to go through different academic activities. If managed in a proper way, knowledge from one generation of students can be transferred to another generation of students. This can be performed in many ways and one can be by the creation of web based knowledge-base. So this paper proposes to create a knowledge-base that can be used by many generations of students for their academic purposes in universities. Among these technologies, wireless sensor network (WSN) is able to simultaneously cover the activities of data management, infection source identification and tracking, warning, and preventing infection transmission. For acceptance and successful implementation of WSN-based project in the hospital, identifying and paying attention to the indexes and critical success factors by IT managers and officials of care organization and the hospital is required that acceptance and implementation of the technology does not face failure and paying high costs. Hence, the aim of this study was to identify critical success factors of accepting infection diagnosis by wireless sensor network in the hospital that helps healthcare managers and staff to adopt and facilitate the WSN technology acceptance process at health care centers. This study was narrative review, which search was conducted with the help of libraries, books, conference proceedings, through databases of Science Direct, PubMed, Proquest, Springer, and SID (Scientific Information Database). We employed the following keywords and their combinations; Wireless Sensor Networks, Critical Success Factors, Nosocomial, and Hospital. The preliminary search resulted in 150 articles, which were published between 2003 and 2015. To the Author’s best knowledge, the reported game has never been implemented before. \u0000The Model-View Controller (MVC) design pattern has been applied, as it represents a pattern for the Graphical User Interface. This particular design pattern has been used in order to separate the data from the visual representation, since it consists of three separate parts. The ‘model’ represents the actual data in the program, while the ‘view’ only illustrates the user interface. The ‘controller’, finally, controls the process of the communication between the view and the model. \u0000The process that has been followed in order to implement this application is ‘Rapid Application Development’ (RAD), which represents the process where the development cycle of any application is accelerated. It allows for the application to be developed faster, helping to retain a valuable resource. \u0000Two modes have been implemented successfully: ‘Single Player’ mode allows the player to play against the Android device, while the ‘Two Player’ mode allows two players to play against each other, passing one Android device between them.
