The combination of human papillomavirus (HPV) genotyping with thinprep liquid-based cytology test (TCT) of cervical exfoliated cells and HPV vaccine helps greatly for the early diagnosis and prevention of cervical cancer. However, there is still a certain risk of missed diagnosis or over-diagnosis due to the limitations of its methodology. Therefore, women infected with high-risk HPV (hrHPV) need more reliable tests to identify whether the lesions will progress to cancer, which can guide early and accurate treatment and prevent over-treatment. Recently, studies have found that FAM19A4/mir124-2 methylation is closely related to cervical cancer, and its methylation degree increases with the severity of cervical lesions, which is expected to become a new biomarker of cervical cancer. Here, we summarized the clinical application value of FAM19A4/mir124-2 methylation test in hrHPV-positive women.","PeriodicalId":90887,"journal":{"name":"Journal of cancer stem cell research","volume":"25 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"73226577","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the control received routine interventional therapy for liver cancer, while in the observation were treated with citalopram combined with psychological intervention. Before and after treatment, CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+, NK cells and other cellular immune indexes were compared; core quality of life scale scores of cancer patients before and after treatment were compared; MMSE, HAMD and HAMA scores. The levels of CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ and NK cells in the observation were higher than in the control after treatment. After treatment, MMSE 83.17 ± 4.47, HAMD 67.51 ± 7.71 and HAMA 60.42 ± 5.83 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. Citalopram combined with psychological intervention in the treatment of patients with primary liver cancer is conducive to the protection of cellular immune function, and has positive significance in regulating patients’ mood, improving patients’ psychology and improving patients’ quality of life.","PeriodicalId":90887,"journal":{"name":"Journal of cancer stem cell research","volume":"17 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"89011463","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Methods The Chinese Medicine System Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform was used to search the active ingredients and targets of Gegen Qinlian Decoction, and the relevant targets of radiation enteritis were searched online through the GeneCards and OMIM databases. Cytoscape 3.7.0 software was used to construct the interaction network of “Gegen Qinlian Decoction-active ingredient-radiation enteritis-target,” and the PPI visualization network diagram of the interaction between target and protein was drawn through STRING database analysis. R language was used to analyze the intersection of drug targets and disease targets to enrich the GO and KEGG pathways of core target genes. Results The search results obtained 146 effective active ingredients of Gegen Qinlian Decoction, including formononetin, β-sitosterol, 3'-methoxydaidzein, acacetin, 5,8,2'-trihydroxy-7-methoxyflavone, berberine, epiberberine, isorhamnetin, formononetin, kaempferol, and naringenin. The PPI network contained 101 nodes and 399 edges. The biological functions involved in GO enrichment analysis included nuclear receptor activity, ligand-activated transcription factor activity, ubiquitin-like protein ligase binding, DNA binding transcription activator activity, RNA polymerase II specific signaling, steroid hormone receptor activity, ubiquitin protein ligase binding, and activation transcription factor binding. The biological pathways and processes involved in KEGG included lipids and atherosclerosis, chemical carcinogenesis-receptor activation, fluid shear stress and atherosclerosis, Kaposi’s sarcoma-associated herpes virus infection, and apoptosis, TNF signaling pathway, and IL-17 signaling pathway. Conclusion The effective active ingredients in Gegen Qinlian Decoction treat radiation enteritis through multiple targets and pathways. This work provides a theoretical basis for further research on the effect and mechanism of Gegen Qinlian Decoction on radiation enteritis.","PeriodicalId":90887,"journal":{"name":"Journal of cancer stem cell research","volume":"92 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"76065628","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
