Egypt lacks societal awareness of mental illness and mental health maintenance that could be attributed to the cultural and religious influence on the society which certainly affects the accessibility to mental care. Whether due to financial barriers, social barriers or privacy issues the concept of mental health and mental wellbeing is not fully developed in Egypt. With the technology advancements we’re experiencing today Telemedicine is becoming a popular way of practicing medicine and delivering medical services specially in mental health. Shezlong is one of the most popular online platforms offering mental health services to those in need, utilizing the power and convenience of the technology to overcome the barriers of access specially in Egypt. The utilized theoretical framework comprised 10 dimensions acting either as barriers or facilitators to accessibility to mental healthcare. The research design is descriptive with the correlational and inferential statistics type of instrumentation. The data will be collected via a structured questionnaire. The correlation and regression analysis revealed that “Acceptability, Affordability, Ability to seek, Availability and Accommodation, Ability to pay, Appropriateness, Ability to engage and Ability to reach” are the main barriers that influence the Egyptian patients to accessibility to mental services. The art of dancing engages an individual’s cognitive, social, and physical facets, all of which are integral components of psychological health and wellbeing. The social element of dance has been integrated into the modern health sector and other social settings to influence the relationship between psychological health and wellbeing and social support-related challenges. The purpose of the present study was to evaluate whether engaging in dance has an impact on the social dimension of psychological health and well-being. The initial hypothesis of the study, which was based on a literature review, was that participating in dance positively influences the social dimension of psychological well-being. An online literature review search that was conducted on the Google Scholar database for research published between 2013 and 2023 yielded 169 results from which 20 most recent studies between 2019-2023 were selected for inclusion in the final analysis. Dance promotes social wellness regardless of the settings in which it is performed by influencing the cognitive and behavioral processes regulating social relations among humans. Thus, dance is an effective vehicle for social support and a vital network for healthy social connections. This study delves into the intricate interplay of cultural, socio-economic, and institutional factors contributing to child maltreatment in Uganda's Busoga and Acholi regions. Guided by the case study methodology, the research examines the prevalence of child maltreatment, the influence of cultural norms and practices, the roles of cultural and religious leaders, and the challenges within the child protection system.The findings reveal alarming statistics, highlighting the pervasiveness of child maltreatment, including corporal punishment in schools, child defilement, sexual violence, and child labor. The socio-economic context, particularly in northern Uganda, amplifies children's vulnerabilities due to poverty, disease, conflict, and the prevalence of orphans. Cultural norms and traditions significantly shape disciplinary practices, emphasizing community involvement in child upbringing. Local cultural and religious leaders influence child discipline structures and advocate for children's rights. However, despite theoretical approaches to child protection, practical implementation lags, and identifying perpetrators remains challenging. Poor documentation and resource constraints hinder effective responses to child maltreatment, leading to a resource allocation disparity between urban and rural areas.The implications of child maltreatment are profound, affecting children's physical, psychological, and emotional well-being, potentially leading to long-term consequences. The study recommends collaborative efforts involving government bodies, NGOs, cultural and religious leaders, and communities. One of the major criticisms of TMT is that there are methodological issues with assessing some of the proposed processes within the theory, such as activation of death thought accessibility. The present study provides an initial test of a proposed alternative for measuring death thought accessibility using an image-based implicit association test instead of the traditional word fragment completion task used in a majority of TMT research. An experiment was carried out with 200 undergraduate students using a 2 (mortality salience: Yes or no) x 2 (social/fiscal conservatism: Low or high) between-subjects design. Results provided partial empirical support for the use of an IAT-based measure for death thought accessibility relying on color images. The IAT-based measure outperformed the traditional word fragment completion task at discriminating between mortality and non-mortality salient participants in terms of death thought accessibility.Moreover, this study also tested the mortality salience hypothesis to determine whether mortality salience activates cultural worldview defenses following a brief delay. Specifically, participants with differing political ideologies were asked to evaluate an editorial in support of the Muslim ban. Results found that after being reminded of their death, participants with strong levels of conservatism reported more positive attitudes toward the Muslim ban, relative to those in the control condition (i.e., non-mortality salient). Although derived from the insanity defense rule of the U.S. Model Penal Code, this concept exhibits certain distinctions. Forensic experts in China frequently deem defendants with mental disorders as lacking substantial cognitive capacity, thus rendering them not criminally responsible. The Chinese theory of substantial cognitive capacity possesses its unique characteristics, setting China apart from other countries in addressing the insanity defense issue. Consequently, introducing this Chinese theory to scholars in other jurisdictions holds considerable academic value. However, the interpretation of substantial cognitive capacity and its relation to cognitive capacity remain subjects of controversy in China, with inconsistent application of this theory. Specifically, some scholars have advocated the theory of common sense cognitive capacity, effectively challenging the mainstream theory of substantial cognitive capacity. The author contends that substantial cognitive capacity should be comprehended from the perspective of the dialectical unity of “phenomenon” and “essence”. The term “substantial cognitive capacity” should be employed from a negative standpoint to underscore the progressive link between the possession of “formal” cognitive capacity and the loss of “substantial” cognitive capacity, while the theory of common sense cognitive capacity should be dismissed. According to him there is a kind of dialectic that occurs between social context (macro) and language (micro) itself. Thus, Fairclough tries to combine linguistic traditional and socio-linguistic. According to him, to know the meaning of the text as a whole, not enough if it only sees the linguistic aspects that it is necessary to connect it to the social context. That way, although the film is part of the literary study, this study will not lose its sociological aspect. This study will analyze each scene containing text or discourse of child marriage practices, analyze how the audience interprets the film through the application that has comments and analyzes the social context outside the media affecting the text raised in the movie Yuni. Data collection was done through the analysis which was then captured the screen in the scene containing child marriage text. Not only that, researchers also collect data through library studies and documentation which then the overall data was analyzed using 3-dimensional analysis of Norman Fairclough. Academics and practitioners have recognized the significance and IT (skills and Knowledge) in achieving success in the competitive business environment. Accountants who work for businesses, IT (skills and Knowledge) have necessitated the development of a new type of accountant, which is the focus of this study. Hence, this study aims to know the relationship between IT (skills and Knowledge) of accounting graduating students in Oman and university accounting programs. Design/ Methodology/ Approach: The units of analysis for this study are graduating students in Oman. It used a survey for the year 2022 to study the effect of IT (skills and Knowledge) and accounting programs among graduating students in Oman. The present research tested its hypotheses and utilized its variables using the PLS software for data analysis. Findings: The result revealed that IT Knowledge was significant with Accounting Programs where it was p<0.01, t ˃2.33. This result indicates that IT Knowledge has a significant impact on Accounting Programs. Further, the result revealed that IT Skills were also significant in Accounting Programs where it was p< 0.01, t=2.434. Currently, social media is used by various business units as a communication media strategy. Hence, social media as a set of online media platforms provides new ways not only for individuals but also for business-oriented organizations to promote and communicate their values with their audience. The development of the industrial sector in the province of Bali, amounting to 8.15%, is the textile and clothing industry. The large number of business actors in the textile and clothing industry cannot be denied from the large market demand for textile and apparel products, one of which is endek cloth. In this regard, this research has a strategic role in identifying the important role of quality social media in enhancing the brand image of Galeri Bhumimi in the digital era, and intends to empower MSMEs to utilize digital channels effectively to enhance brand image. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used path analysis and the SPSS Version 22 application. The results showed that the quality of social media had a positive and significant effect on brand awareness. The quality of social media has a positive and significant effect on brand image. Brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on brand image.
