This paper presents a new way to improve the performance of retrieval by fuzzy coding strategy. Lots of character classes with similar shapes are clustered and are indexed by pseudo code. For ease of test, this paper also presents a way to generate ground-truth of imaged document and synthesized degraded document image. Then the threat assessment of the Bayesian network model has been established. The dynamic Bayesian network reasoning method is used to estimate threat so that the objective factors and individual characteristics of different time slices of the same characteristics can correct each other. This method overcomes the subjectivity and uncertainty of expert assessment partially. The algorithm provides better way to extract term context patterns with stronger context expression ability than current algorithms. Meanwhile, the length of patterns is modest, which makes it convenient to be matched. We also evaluate the algorithm on the basis of gene engineering field experiment data set. This paper presents a novel visual intrusion detection classification model based on projection pursuit, which searches for the optimal projection direction by maximizing a projection index, projects network connection records from high-dimensional space into 1-dimensional space, and uses the projection values on the best direction to analyze the data structure and classify the type of intrusion. The processes and results of classification can be visualized by a scatter chart in cartesian co-ordinates. However, manual development of high-performance parallel codes for GPUs is still very challenging. In order for improving GPGPU application performance by efficiently using GPU global memory, we extend the polyhedral model to capture memory access patterns inside the source programs. We determine the global memory accesses are coalesced or not. We also estimate the memory performance of a GPGPU kernel, with the purpose of eliminating the uncoalesced global memory accesses. It allows the localization and structural characterization of macromolecular complexes in near living conditions. However, the method is hampered by low resolution, missing data and low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). To overcome some of these difficulties one can align and average a large set of subtomograms. Existing alignment methods are mostly based on an exhaustive scanning and sampling of all but discrete relative rotations and translations of one subtomogram with respect to the other. In this paper, we propose a gradient-guided alignment method based on two subtomogram similarity measures. We also propose a stochastic parallel optimization that increases significantly the efficiency for the simultaneous refinement of a set of alignment candidates. Results on simulated data of model complexes and experimental structures of protein complexes show that even for highly distorted subtomograms and with only a small number of very sparsely distributed initial alignment seeds, our method can accurately recover true transformations with a significantly higher precision than scanning based alignment methods.</p>","PeriodicalId":90521,"journal":{"name":"IEEE International Conference on Systems Biology : [proceedings].
