However, although the allocation according to demographic characteristics in welfare policies is a universal method, welfare policies focusing on older adults are seeds of the generational conflict centered on economic interests. The purpose of this study is to explore how policy framing should be taken to positively enhance the public's attitude toward the older adults’s job project, which is part of the welfare policy for the older adults. To this end, we set up and conducted a 3 policy framing (Welfare Policy vs. Economic Revitalization Policy vs. Welfare & Economic Revitalization Policy) × 2 age group (20s, 30s vs. 50s, 60s) between-subject experimental design. The result showed that people in the young age group (the 20s and 30s) positively evaluated the need for policies when presenting the goal of the policy as Welfare & Economic Revitalization Policy, compared to others. On the other hand, people in the older adults group (the 50s and 60s) evaluated the older adults job project positively regardless of policy framing but showed a relatively more favorable attitude when suggesting policies to revitalize the economy rather than welfare. In this context, this study aimed to make practical suggestions to achieve successful age mainstreaming suitable for the context of Korean society while critically examining gender mainstreaming, which is being introduced and applied. Based on critical voices of gender mainstreaming, the practical limitations of gender mainstreaming as a government policy were observed in terms of confusion in the concept and policy process, and it was reviewed how to plan and implement age mainstreaming in Korean society. It also introduced the concepts and discussions of age mainstreaming raised by the UN and examined the operation of tools for successful age mainstreaming. In addition, overseas cases, where age mainstreaming has been introduced as a policy, settled as a government policy, and implemented socially and culturally, were briefly introduced and policy proposals that can be considered as age mainstreaming in Korea were reviewed. To this end, the effectiveness of using senior citizen centers was evaluated by dividing into social participation-leisure-cultural satisfaction, friend and community satisfaction, and overall life satisfaction. The difference in differences(DID) analysis was conducted using the 2008 and 2020 National Survey of Older Persons. As a result, it was found that the overall level of satisfaction with social participation-leisure-cultural satisfaction, friend and community satisfaction of the late elderly decreased over time, but the level of decline of the use group of senior citizen center decreased somewhat. In addition, it was confirmed that the level of overall life satisfaction increased over time, and the level of increase in the group using senior citizens center increased more steeply. By applying the sequence analysis method to the Senior DB of the National Health Insurance Service(NHIS), the long-term care service use patterns were categorized. We tracked the transitions between long-term care in-home benefits, long-term care facilities (LTCFs), and long-term care hospitals (LTCHs) experienced by the same individual. Differences and changes in service use patterns type were comprehensively analyzed. As a result of the analysis, long-term care service use patterns were categorized into 11 types. The pattern type of continuing to use the service that has been started occupied the majority. The transition from home to facility(LTCFs/LTCHs) was subdivided into types by the transition period, while the transition from facility to home was not identified as a type. Among the types of transition from home to facility(LTCFs/LTCHs), the proportion of transition to LTCFs and transition to LTCHs was 2:1. While the transition from home to LTCFs accounts for a greater proportion, transitions from home to LTCHs have also been significant. As a result of comparing demographic characteristics, care needs, family care resources, and economic resources by type of long-term care service use pattern, a resource gap was found between the types. This study analyzes the direct effect of the distribution and the moderating effect of personal economic status using a multi-level model. Data from the 2018 Seoul Elderly Survey and Seoul Statistics 2018 were used. Not only distribution of public health centers but local clinics increased, elderly's wellbeing increased significantly. However, the influence of the distribution of clinics was different according to the economic status. The local effect of clinics and hospitals appears to decrease as the economic status increases. In other words, the influence of the hospitals and clinics generates more psychological utility with low economic status. Therefore, the distribution effect of private hospitals can partially contribute to narrowing the well-being gap due to economic status. However, the distribution of public centers did not differ. It is challenging for the preconceived notion that local public health centers are useful only to economically vulnerable people. This study revealed that, regardless of the type, a considerable number of health institutions is positive to the elderly, and it can be more beneficial to the economically vulnerable. Also, many public centers are positive to the wealthy, too. The Web of Science database was used for analysis, and the number of published papers and research fields trends were analyzed by year. Visualization maps based on network data were created using VOSviewer software (version 1.6.17), and journal, country/region, institution, keyword, and cluster analysis were performed. A total of 2,456 papers were searched from 1992 to 2021. The number of published papers by year tended to increase, and the most active research was conducted on this research topic in the field of Geriatrics Gerontology. BMC Geriatrics published the most papers. State and institutions have conducted active research in the United States and the University of Pittsburgh, respectively. The top five keywords based on frequency were health (481 times), mortality (438 times), older-adults (376 times), risk (312 times), and adults (297 times), and were divided into a total of five clusters. For that, we figured out the extent of housing poverty and depression in the elderly and conducted the moderated moderation analysis to determine whether the family relationship satisfaction would moderate the effect of housing poverty on depression in the elderly, and whether the disability would re-moderate the effect of family relationship satisfaction’s moderating effect. Major results of this study were as follows. First, housing poverty was found to have a significant static(+) effect on depression in the elderly. Second, family relationship satisfaction was found to moderate the static(+) effect of housing poverty on depression in elderly as an amulet(-). Third, the presence or absence of disability was found to re-moderate the family relationship satisfaction’s moderating effect as a static(+). The relationship between physical health factors and cognitive function was analyzed focusing on the number of chronic diseases, the difficulties of eyesight, hearing and chewing, difficulty in movement, nutritional management, and subjective health status. This research conducted a hierarchical regression analysis targeting 10,097 people aged 65 years or older Korean nationwide by using the data from the survey on the status of the elderly in 2020. As a result, males was higher than females in the level of cognitive function, educational training, subjective health status, and nutritional management. The group with a high level of education was the higher in health status and the lower in difficulties of eyesight, hearing and chewing, and movement. Among physical health factors, difficulty in movement, number of chronic diseases, subjective health status, difficulties of eyesight, hearing and chewing were found to have a statistically significant effect on cognitive function in the elderly. On the other hand, nutritional management did not show a significant effect. Strategies to strengthen the cognitive function of the elderly were suggested based on these results. In the direction of strengthening the health equity of the elderly, it is necessary to secure infrastructure and service delivery personnel to strengthen cognitive function and support health care in rural areas. The purpose of the study was to analyze the current status of dietitian meal service at day care center, where the recipients are under the long-term care insurance. The main results are as follows. First, the dietitian placement at day care centers was statistically significantly related to the ownership, size, and operation type of the centers. Second, in the case of a dietitian, the proportion of responses that there is the meal service quality management manager was significantly higher. The percentage the dietitian who answered that they were responsible for meal service quality management was statistically significantly higher as well. Third, the ratio of day care center to consigned meals was 30.6%, which was higher than 25.0% of long-term care facilities and 11.5% of elderly group homes.
