[Methods] The seed density, number of species and species composition of the soil seed bank of typical plant communities such as Themeda japonica, Imperata cylindrica, Vitex negundo, Quercus acutissima, Robinia pseudoacacia, Platycladus orientalis and Populus canadensis in the surface, top 0-5 and top 5-10 cm soil were studied. [Results] The seed reserves of plant communities at different succession stages were (220.00±95.39) – (2 650.00±1 064.52) seeds/m2. A total of 48 species were counted in the seed bank, belonging to 45 genera in 22 families. Total 27 species were identified in the above-ground vegetation, belonging to 25 genera in 14 families. In the shallow soil where the seeds gathered, the seed densities of Imperata cylindrica and Themeda japonica were relatively low. The reserves of plant communities with different naturalness degrees were (403.33±64.29) – (2 110.00±356.79) seeds/m2. A total of 67 species were counted in the seed bank, belonging to 64 genera in 37 families. A total of 45 species were identified in the above-ground vegetation, belonging to 43 genera in 28 families. In the soil layers of 0-5 and 5-10 cm, the seed density of natural secondary Q. acutissima was higher than those of planted P. canadensis, P. orientalis and R. pseudoacacia. In each soil layer, the species number of natural secondary Q. acutissima forest was slightly smaller than those of planted P. canadensis, P. orientalis and R. pseudoacacia forests. [Conclusions] The seeds in the soil seed bank may not completely come from existing above-ground vegetation. Manual assistance is required for vegetation restoration or reconstruction relying on soil seed bank, to ensure the direction of community succession.","PeriodicalId":8499,"journal":{"name":"Asian Journal of Agricultural Research","volume":"16 1","pages":"27-33"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"74606626","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

By summarizing and drawing lessons from the domestic research results in related fields, the family farm is selected as the object, and the opportunity cost method is used to analyze the setting of the ecological compensation standard of the family farm. The basic framework of ecological compensation mechanism of family farm is constructed from three aspects: ecological compensation responsibility determination mechanism; compensation object establishment mechanism; compensation standard determination and mode selection mechanism. The operation mechanism of ecological compensation of family farm is analyzed from three aspects: farmer; farm production; resources and environment. The results show that the family farms' pursuit of agricultural products and ecological services is the response mechanism of ecological compensation for their production behavior. On the basis of this, this paper puts forward some measures and suggestions to ensure the ecological compensation mechanism of family farms from three aspects: perfecting the land use system; widening the compensation channels; constructing the green GDP accounting.","PeriodicalId":8499,"journal":{"name":"Asian Journal of Agricultural Research","volume":"46 1","pages":"1-6"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"87036567","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

[Methods] The leaf of A. tuberosum was inoculated with B. cinerea to induce resistance, then leaf samples were taken at 2, 4, 8, 12 and 24 h, respectively, after inoculation, and used for cDNA-SCoT analysis to detect the gene differential expressions. [Results] More than 800 bands with length of 100–1800 bp were obtained using 60 SCoT primers. A total of 40 differentially expressed EST sequences were screened out, and 18 non-redundant ESTs with high quality were obtained by cluster analyses of the ESTs sequencing. The results of BlastN showed that the differential genes of A. tuberosum mainly related to disease defense, signal transduction, and protein metabolism. [Conclusions] Further analysis of gene function indicated that brassinosteroid biosynthesis-like proteins, NBS-LRR type disease resistance protein, jasmonic acid induced protein, abscisic stress ripening protein may be involved in the process of the incompatible interaction between the A. tuberosum and B. cinerea.","PeriodicalId":8499,"journal":{"name":"Asian Journal of Agricultural Research","volume":"126 1","pages":"38-41"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"87629248","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is widely used in sand control and desert greening, and is one of the first-selected tree species for sand control, afforestation and ecological environment improvement. S. carmanica Bornm is also one of the genuine medicinal materials in Xinjiang, with pharmacological effects such as clearing away heat, diminishing swelling, promoting secretion of body fluid to quench thirst, reducing adverse effects, stopping vomiting and lowering blood pressure. However, the shortcomings of modernization are still in the field of agriculture, rural areas and farmers. The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes a strategy of rural revitalization. It is pointed out that the organic connection between small farmers and modern agricultural development should be promoted. In the development of modern agriculture, small farmers face the problems of scattered production factors, aging labor force and low labor quality, low industrialization, and low market position. This paper compares the characteristics of farmer cooperatives with other new business entities. Combined with the relevant contents of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Farmers’ Professional Cooperatives newly revised in 2017, this paper analyzes the organizational, service, and intermediary functions of farmers' cooperatives to promote the organic connection between small farmers and modern agriculture development and reveals the role of farmers' cooperatives in China's agricultural development.","PeriodicalId":8499,"journal":{"name":"Asian Journal of Agricultural Research","volume":"28 1","pages":"1-9"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-03-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"84395995","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
