The desired product in this research is a valid, practical, and effective RPP Learning Tool for Character Education Integration. The product consists of three components, namely: lesson plans, student books, and teacher's books. This developmental research process refers to the 4-D model This model is a learning development approach system that is carried out covering 4 stages, namely defining, designing, developing and disseminating. The results showed that the Learning Toolkit for Integrated Character Education RPP that was developed was declared valid based on the validator's assessment and the results of a limited trial carried out for two trials. The validity of the Learning Toolkit for Integration of Character Education RPP is measured based on the assessment of the results of the validation of experts (validators) who meet the validity criteria, namely (1) RPP with a strong relevance category with a validity coefficient of 3.92 with the "Very Valid" category, (2) student books with the "Valid" category with a validity value of 4.10, (3) Teacher's Books in the "Valid" category with a validity value of 4.30. This shows that the resulting Character Education Integration RPP Learning Toolkit is in the valid category.

The development of learning tools using the 4-D model and tested on students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Tomakaka University, Study Program of Indonesian Language and Literature Education. The research design used One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Data collection was using observation, tests, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used quantitative/qualitative descriptive analysis. Learning the Manakarra value integrative model begins with the validity of learning tools; Model Books, Teaching Materials, Semester Learning Plans (RPS), Student Activity Sheets and Learning Outcomes Test Instruments. Furthermore, a trial was conducted on students in learning the Introduction to Education course. The implementation of the learning stages seen in student learning activities showed a very good improvement and enthusiasm in carrying out learning. Students can follow the learning process by using learning tools developed with high curiosity. The effectiveness of the Manakarra value integrative model from the trial results shows that the integrative model's learning process has succeeded in improving students' critical thinking skills.

This study is a research development, often known as R&D. In this study, the development model proceeded through the stages of conceptual model, theoretical model, hypothetical model, and final model. The learning devices created in the form of prototypes are restricted to eight disciplines as a consequence of the design of learning devices achieved. The method for building the e-flipped classroom model to increase higher order thinking abilities is separated into three stages: pre-development activities, development activities, and model implementation activities. Validation sheets, observation sheets, questionnaires, and assessment sheets were utilized as study instruments. Validity, practicability, and effectiveness data analysis approaches are employed. The study's findings show that: (1) the e-flipped classroom model was developed to improve the parts that have been obstacles to its use thus far; (2) the flipped classroom model is not only a combination of online and offline but also allows for full online conditions; (3) the model is designed to train students' high-level thinking skills through several supportive activities; and (4) the devices used. Thus, based on the study findings, the e-flipped classroom concept and its learning aids satisfy the requirements for being valid, practical, and successful.

In all, 81 homogenized composite soil samples were collected. The heavy metals were measured in soil samples by atomic absorption spectrophotometer. The results show that the concentration of mercury (0.03 – 0.29 mg kg-1), cadmium (0.04 – 0.69 mg kg-1), arsenic (0.05 – 2.30 mg kg-1) and nickel (0.05 – 2.35 mg kg-1) in analyzed soil samples were lower than the limit values set by WHO, Finland and Dutch environment ministries. However, lead concentrations (90.15 – 129.14 mg kg-1) in topsoil in vicinity of landfills in Amoutivé and Akodesséwa were above reference values set by WHO, Finland and Dutch environment ministries. Among bacteria, Pseudomonas is another important genus except Streptomyces and Bacillus in production of antimicrobial compounds. The current study aim to to determine the antibacterial activity and preliminary characterization of antibacterial compounds produced by Pseudomonas species such as BB1D11, BN2D41, TG1D11, TR1D41, LH1D11 and TN1D41. \u0000Method: The antibacterial activity was checked by using bio autography method as well as agar well diffusion method, against four multiple drug resistant bacteria including three Gram negative bacteria (E.coli, Acinetobacter and Pseudomonas) and one Gram positive bacterium (Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus aureus). Isolation test showed good activity against all the four MDR bacteria, by producing clear zone of diameter from 2mm up to 20mm. Optimum temperature for growth and antibiotic production of Pseudomonas BB1D11, BN2D41, TG1D11, TR1D41, LH1D11 and TN1D41 was 37C0. It produces more metabolites when subjected to shaking incubation. In thin layer chromatography, the extracts were repeatedly inserted on a silica gel coated plate, which was run in mobile phase. Normal HPLC was perform to reveal the presence of antibacterial compounds.\u0000Results: By well diffusion assay a zone of inhibition range from 2-18 mm of diameter against different test bacteria. The components were separated, resulting in the formation of bands with different colors, each showing a different compounds. Biological screening was performed by bio autography, metabolites showed a significant activity at retention factor of 0.89. While HPLC at retention time 2.50-2.90 showed presence of significant antibacterial compounds.\u0000Conclusion: Pseudomonas BB1D11, BN2D41, TG1D11, TR1D41, LH1D11 and TN1D41 showed promising anti-microbial activity against different MDR bacteria.
