Letzterer wurde von verschiedenen Autoren im Rahmen einer Ein-Band-Theorie untersucht. Jedoch wurden stets nur die Elektron-Magnon-Normal(N)-Prozesse berucksichtigt. Unter Annahme spharischer Energieflachen wird hier der Einflus der Elektron-Magnon-Umklapp(U)-Prozesse untersucht. Es zeigt sich, das die U-Prozesse im Bereich tiefster Temperaturen (unterhalb 25 °K fur Fe, Co und Ni) zu vernachlassigen sind. Mit wachsender Temperatur nimmt ihr Einflus zu, jedoch ist der so berechnete Widerstand noch um etwa eine Grosenordnung kleiner als die experimentellen Resultate. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000 \u0000The resistance of ferromagnetic metals consists of two components, one component is due to the electron-phonon interaction, and the other component is due to exchange interactions between the conduction electrons and localized electrons of incomplete inner shells (electron-magnon interaction). The latter component has been investigated using a one-band theory by several authors but they have only taken into account normal electron-magnon processes. In this paper the influence of Umklapp electron-magnon processes is investigated, spherical energy surfaces being assumed. It is shown that Umklapp processes can be neglected at very low temperatures (below 26 °K for Fe, Co, and Ni). Le cristal est photoconducteur de 2500 A a 8000 A. Le spectre de photoconduction a une ressemblance grossiere avec le spectre d'absorption; il ne presente aux temperatures etudiees (> 170 °K) aucune structure fine. Il y a cependant une faible energie d'activation de photoconduction (0,1 eV). Aux intensites utilisees, le photocourant est sous lineaire et depend peu des conditions ambiantes. La dependance de photocourant en fonction de la tension appliquee permet de calculer le nombre approximatif de porteurs a la surface. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000 \u0000The surface conductivity of single crystals of copper phtalocyanine is measured and compared with the values for thin films of the same substance. The crystal is a photoconductor from 2500 A to 8000 A. The photoconduction spectrum is somewhat similar to the absorption spectrum and in the range of temperatures studied (> 170 °K), it does not show any fine structure. The photocurrent does, however, have a weak activation energy. At the intensities used, dependence of the photocurrent is less than linear and depends very little upon the surrounding conditions. Previous work indicates that etch pits on the ice surface, which show the orientation of the crystals, may be obtained using the formvar technique. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000 \u0000In the present work, the evaporation rate is controlled by keeping the samples in nearly hermetic enclosures. Etch pits limited by low index planes have been obtained on pure ice surfaces. However the doped ice surface is generally smooth, or, in some cases, it shows a structure of small cells which do not follow the symmetry of the crystals. These results are compared with some features of thermal etching on metals. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Reines und NaCl-dotiertes Eis wurden thermisch geatzt. Fruhere Arbeiten weisen darauf hin, das Atzgruben, die die Orientierung des Kristalls haben, auf der Eisoberflache durch Verwendung des Formvar-Verfahrens erhalten werden konnen. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000 \u0000In dieser Arbeit ist die Verdampfungsgeschwindigkeit durch Aufbewahrung der Proben in nahezu hermetisch abschliesenden Gefasen kontrolliert worden. Atzgruben, die von niedrig indizierten Netzebenen begrenzt sind, wurden an reinen Eisoberflachen gefunden. Bei dotierten Kristallen sind die Oberflachen jedoch im allgemeinen glatt oder zeigen in einigen Fallen die Struktur kleiner Zellen, die nicht die Kristallsymmetrie besitzen. Single crystals of silver bromide are used, on the surface of which bismuth is deposited by vacuum evaporation. Elementary bismuth is found to catalyze the process of development, being even more active than silver in this respect. Mixed nuclei of silver and bismuth are shown to be more active than either of the individual metals. Bismuth ions applied to the surface of the silver bromide crystals are found to prevent the process of development, as well as to hinder the formation of the latent image. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Es wird der Einflus von Wismut auf die Ausbildung des latenten Bildes und den Entwicklungsprozes in Silberbromid untersucht. Es wurden Silberbromid-Einkristalle verwendet, auf deren Oberflache Wismut durch Verdampfen im Vakuum aufgetragen wurde.
