La dependance de photocourant en fonction de la tension appliquee permet de calculer le nombre approximatif de porteurs a la surface. \n \n \n \nThe surface conductivity of single crystals of copper phtalocyanine is measured and compared with the values for thin films of the same substance. The crystal is a photoconductor from 2500 A to 8000 A. The photoconduction spectrum is somewhat similar to the absorption spectrum and in the range of temperatures studied (> 170 °K), it does not show any fine structure. The photocurrent does, however, have a weak activation energy. At the intensities used, dependence of the photocurrent is less than linear and depends very little upon the surrounding conditions.
