Mother teaches her children the lesson of love, honesty, integrity, affection respect for elders and obedience where as father guides sense of responsibility, leadership, security etc. These moral values learnd at home influences the behavior of the child in the school. It is been observed that where the parents are with higher moral values their children are well behaved and disciplined werer as children who didn’t learn moral values at home are the most indiciplined students in their school life. It is conducted effectively. It is excellent example of In-situ conservation of natural resources. This kind of nature conservation practice has been observed worldwide including India. Present paper embodies study on conserved biodiversity of Bhuvada baba sacred grove at Dhar district of Madhya Pradesh. In this area 83 plants and 30 animals were observed, including one species of fungi, 23 herbs, 09 shrubs, 11 climbers and 39 trees. Likewise 02 insects, 16 birds, 05 reptiles and 07 mammal species were identified from this area. MSG elicits a unique taste known as UMAMI as a 5th basic taste different from the other basic tastes(bitter, salty, sour, sweet). It is generally used in treatment of hepatic coma. It causes various health hazards. A higher dose of Aji–no–moto is associated with increased risk of obesity. The geomorphological analysis of Dokriani glacier, Garhwal Himalaya shows five phases of glacial advancement and retreat in the form of well preserved lateral and terminal moraines. The observed retreat rate of glacier in last two decades is about 17.2 m/yr which represents its negative mass balance followed by change in snout position, area and surface height. The farthest glacier expansion of the valley represented as terminal moraine is situated at 8.3 km from present day snout. As many as 12 broken branches of this tree are lying on the ground in live condition which are growing outwards. This tree is devoid of prop roots. The crown spread of the tree is about 117 m in North-South direction and about 111 m in East-West direction. The periphery of stem is about 21.0 m at Breast Height (BH). This tree is very important from eco-tourism point of view. By massive advertisement and proper arrangements, tourists can be attracted towards this tree. This act would help to increase income of the Panchayat and would help to generate employment for local people. {"title":"Sci-connect: an initiative of Vigyan Prasar for North-Eastern India","authors":"S. C. Vigyan Prasar has objective of developing the knowledge of science, make decisions, asking questions and creating a curious tendency among public. The Sci-connect program was started in 2017 in the North Eastern States like Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Mizoram, Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim and Tripura in which students of class 8-9 students took part. This program is a different kind of program in itself, in which quiz competitions are organized based on the popular science films of Vigyan Prasar. The students selected after the district level examination are given a chance to participate in the workshop of \"Hands on Science\". In this program, 6000 students participated in 2017, whereas in year 2018 about 9000 children have participated. In this program, rolling trophy was awarded to the state getting first place. Tripura was first, Mizoram second and Sikkim stood third in the year 2017, whereas in the year 2018, Assam stood first, Mizoram second and Tripura in third place. Nearly 50 subject experts, 200 teachers and 15000 students have been added to the program. Films of science propagation have been accessed and seen in remote places of North-Eastern States by this program. Social media such as Face book and YouTube were also used to promote the films.
