The main trigger factor for kidney disease and kidney failure is an increase in blood pressure or vice versa when kidney function is impaired/kidney failure, blood pressure can also increase. Murottal Al-Qur'an Surah Ar-Rahman therapy is one of the interventions that can be done to reduce high blood pressure. Murottal Al-Qur'an therapy in this paper was carried out 3 times for 3 visits to post hemodialysis clients with a time of 10 minutes per session on clients with chronic kidney failure. The purpose of this paper is the application of the Surah Ar-Rahman Murottal Al-Qur'an Therapy intervention aimed at clients with nursing diagnoses of decreased cardiac output. Where the condition of the client before the nursing intervention experienced dizziness and headaches marked by an increase in blood pressure after hemodialysis, namely blood pressure: 191/83 mmHg, then after the intervention of Murottal Al-Qur'an Surah Ar-Rahman Therapy there was a decrease in blood pressure marked by the condition the client becomes relaxed and calm without any complaints with a final blood pressure measurement of 130/80 mmHg. So it can be concluded that murottal Al-Qur'an Surah Ar-Rahman therapy can reduce the increase in blood pressure in patients with chronic kidney failure post hemodialysis.","PeriodicalId":79900,"journal":{"name":"Health (Family Media, Inc.)","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"89649220","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Progressive muscle relaxation technique (PMR) is one of the independent nursing interventions that is easy to do by looking at the guide through pictures. It aims to help control blood glucose levels. This therapy maximizes muscle and breathing exercises, this technique also has a good impact on reducing anxiety, stress, fatigue, improving sleep quality and quality of life of patients suffering from type 2 diabetes mellitus. The research method used pre-experimental design with static group comparison. the test results obtained a value of P=0.030 (P-Value <0.05) the meaning that there is an average difference in the results of blood glucose levels before and after in the treatment group and the control group, namely 131.13 mg/dl, before giving the PMR technique an average result of blood glucose is 304.63 mg/dl. The conclusion is that the PMR technoique is recommended for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus to help blood glucose control.","PeriodicalId":79900,"journal":{"name":"Health (Family Media, Inc.)","volume":"2 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"89468522","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
