The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to find out the picture of acute pain in Tn.S patients with Preoperative Ureterolithiasis in the Alamanda I room of Sleman District Hospital. This research design uses descriptive qualitative in the form of a case study with a documentation study approach that illustrates and exports events / cases using documentation of acute pain nursing care reports in patients with Ureterolithiasis nursing care in 2017. This documentation study was conducted at Akper \"YKY\" campus in Yogyakarta DIII study program nursing in February - June 2020, which starts from the preparation of proposals to the preparation of the KTI (Scientific Writing) report. The results of the nursing study are of male type 45 years old, elementary education, labor, and Islamic religion. The assessment data found complaints of pain when urinating (urinating) BAK. Nursing diagnosis of acute pain b.d biological injury agents.
