A quantitative survey of 322 respondents was conducted. The analysis of the results was based on the Technology Acceptance Model, the theory of self-efficacy and the theory of planned behaviour. The results show that the ability to use digital technologies encourages the use of digital books. The perception of digital books as having value reduces the tendency to download them from illegal distribution channels. Legislative regulation does not have a significant impact on the intention not to use digital books from illegal distribution channels. It is likely that a negative assessment of the phenomenon in the immediate environment will have a greater impact on refusing to use illegally distributed books. The aim of the research presented in this article is to characterise the discourse of MeToo in terms of rhetorical expression that has not been discussed yet: to identify and elicit the dominant elements of rhetorical argumentation. \u0000The empirical research was conducted using the method of rhetorical analysis that allows distinguishing and defining in rhetorical categories the models characteristic to rhetoric appeals. The method of rhetorical analysis combined with directed content analysis, as well as with critical discourse analysis. They often play a pivotal role in accessing the overall physiological state of the human body. For patients requiring intense and continuous monitoring, especially those in an Intensive Care Unit, the essentiality to assess their vital signs regularly. Monitoring the health status of ICU patients becomes quite cost-effective when the same can be monitored within the comfort zone of their own house. The technique elaborated herein revolves around the fundamental idea of implementing a vital sign monitoring system that continuously assesses a patient and regularly updates the same to a centralized server system. In an event of a medical emergency, the relevant data is conveyed to the doctor via an efficient alert system, thereby ensuring safe and timely treatment to the patients. A manual steering combine harvester was modified autonomously using navigation systems of an RTK-DGPS, a gyroscope, and crawler speed sensors. These sensors could determine the combine position and heading required to guide the path. The control system is processed for these navigation sensors' data to make the decision of combine movement. Moreover, it commands the actuator to move the steering lever mechanism. The steering control's desired heading angle was determined from lateral error, heading error, and the traveling speed. In this study, the combined harvester's average forward traveling speed was set at 0.17 m/s, adjusted to a navigation sensor's sampling rate of 5 Hz and the steering mechanism delay. The preliminary test showed the combine could turn by pivoting one of its tracks which turned the radius was into 0.4 m. Furthermore, a guidance control system of the combine harvester was developed based on this test result. The developed guidance control system was successfully guiding the combine to follow the harvesting path. In recent time, it needs to communicate in many ways along with different types of data such as voice, video, text etc. A long distance communication satellite needs a seamless transmission. The antenna design for satellite communication is to be array type to avoid the communication failure. This insists to work with array antenna to fulfil the seam less communication through satellite. Further the antenna design depends on the geometry of the patch, the placement of the patch for better gain and bandwidth. In this paper, authors have chosen the circular patch due to its single degree of freedom. The antenna is compact and is of 30X30mm where substrate thickness is considered as 1.6mm. The central patch is of rectangular shape with two slots. Slot is made because of better bandwidth. It is cut diagonally at the corner. As a result, the bandwidth is increased to 2.4GHz with a gain of 5.68dB. The substrate is considered to be FR4 Epoxy. The proposed design satisfies the compactness along with the satellite communication band with satisfactory gain. Simulation results compromise with the measured value. A 3X3 array of circular parasitic elements is considered. It is found that the antenna performs well at 14GHz that is meant for Ku band. The scheme was applied to the error correction of multi-channel weak current measurement system based on the ADAS1134 chip: the wavelet threshold denoising was used to preprocess the original current data measured by the system and the current measurement value was corrected after the system measurement error correction model established with GRNN was constructed. Compared with the correction method based on least square method and back propagation neural network (BPNN), this method has many advantages such as high accuracy, anti-interference ability and strong generalization ability. The study focuses on the influence of the type of fuel on the composition of discharges in content with NOx, that is to say two cases are treated and compared. Turbulence is modeled by the k-ε model and the chemical aspect of combustion is treated by the PDF model for each flame. The calculation results relate to the characteristics of dynamic fields, temperature, the mass fractions of different species involved in the combustion process and the NOx prediction. The effect of the swirl is also tested in this study with a CFD prediction of non premixed swirling g flame. In this paper, a Wavelet coupled Gaussian Process Regression (W-GPR) model was proposed to predict the daily solar radiation received on a horizontal surface in Ghardaia (Algeria). A statistical period of four years (2013 -2016) was used where the first three years (2013-2015) are used to train model and the last year (2016) to test the model for predicting daily total solar radiation. Different types of wave mother and different combinations of input data were evaluated based on the minimum air temperature, relative humidity and extraterrestrial solar radiation on a horizontal surface.
