Unbalanced and overloaded electricity that is not suitable for the capacity of the transformer substation so that the results of this study are more optimal in predicting the usage load at the transformer substation using the methodaverage based fuzzy time series. The application of this method can provide fast and accurate information in accordance with consumer expectations in predicting each need in each area and the number of managed substations. The capacity of the substation can be seen in 1 phase and 3 phase with the percentage of loading quickly and precisely with the current transformer card system. The purpose of the transformer distribution in this study is to look at reducing high voltage to low voltage, so that the voltage used is in accordance with the customer's electrical equipment rating or the load rating used by all consumers in each region. The research methodology is to determine the placement of distribution transformer locations that are not suitable which can affect the end voltage drop on consumers or the drop/drop in consumer line end voltage and view complete data from the specifications of the distribution transformers along with the locations of distribution transformers that can be managed through Development of a mobile device-based Distribution Transformer Recording System at PT PLN. The results of this study in transformer power 100 consumption 99.43, unbalanced 28%, fuzzification A8, FLRG G8, forecasting results 10.69 with a Mape forecast value of 0.57%. For that, design a hydroponic system to minimize the land. Chili hydroponic plants are a type of vegetable that has many benefits and is liked by many people. So that hydroponic chili cultivators can produce optimal harvests, a tool is designed using automatic smart control technology using UV lamps. The findings in the field are that there are several steps that must be taken so that hydroponic plants can be more optimal in the results of chili cultivation. The first step is to design a smart plant control automatic tool, then use several sensors including EC sensors, ph sensors, RTC sensors, and ultraviolet lamps. An initial study of the potential benefits to be gained by partners or chili farmers based on the results of field testing is that this technology can maximize harvest time efficiency from manual hydroponic cultivation, which was originally 90 days to 70-80 days. Therefore, the automatic smart plant control system using UV lamps has a harvest speed of 70-80 days, while the manual method can reach 90 days. Thus, it is hoped that the economy of chili cultivators will increase if the smart plant control automatic system is used.","PeriodicalId":7884,"journal":{"name":"Andalasian International Journal of Applied Science, Engineering and Technology","volume":" 32","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"91412800","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Energy from vegetable waste is one of solution to produce new biomass energy an alternative energy to replace fossil fuels. The potential of biomass energy at Indonesian, especially in the West Sumatra area is very large, one of which is solid waste from rice husk agricultural products. In this article, use the rice husk gasification downdraft method to produce synthetic gas to internal combustion engine and coupled with electric generator. The results of rice production at West Sumatera in 2021, which is total of 1.361.769 tons of dry unhulled rice (GKG), will produce 272.353,8 tons of rice husks or about 20% of the total rice production, and mass syngas is 235.335,47 tons, the energy potential electrical 118.924,82 MWh per year. The environment which they are cultivated in Africa could expose to metal accumulations from soils, thereby posing health risks to the consumers. The objectives of this study were determine metal accumulations in maize grains (Zea mays L.) cultivated close to Gosa and Gwagwalada solid waste dumpsites and their health risks via consumption. A total of 36 soil samples (12 each from dumpsite soil, farmland soil and maize grains) were collected and analyzed for some metals [cadmium (Cd), lead (Pb), zinc (Zn), cobalt (Co), copper (Cu), chromium (Cr), nickel (Ni) and mercury (Hg)] using standard atomic adsorption spectrophotometer. The transfer factors and metal health risks in adults (60 kg; 22-48.9 years), young children (35 kg; 6-15 years) and infants (15 kg; 1-6 years) were evaluated using mathematical models. The ranges of metal (mg/kg) detected were 10114.00 to 0.52, 10.45 to 0.001 and 13.62 to 0.001 for dumpsite, farmland and maize grains, respectively. Though, within FAO/WHO and EU safe limits, Zn was significantly (p<0.05) highest in both locations, while Cd, Cr and Hg (0.001 mg/kg) were the least. Only Zn had transfer factor value below 0.5, which indicates possibilities of anthropogenic elevations. The estimated daily intake from consumption of maize grains (57 g) were generally high for Zn and low for Ni, Cd, and Hg in exposed individuals. The hazard index was below 1, which indicates no significant non-carcinogenic risks in exposed populations. The incremental lifetime cancer risks was below 10-6 and this suggest potential lifetime cancer risks in the order infants ? children ? adults. This study concluded that daily consumption of maize cultivated closed to dumpsites poses potential lifetime cancer concern and thus maize farming around dumpsites needs to be discouraged for safety reasons.","PeriodicalId":7884,"journal":{"name":"Andalasian International Journal of Applied Science, Engineering and Technology","volume":"143 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"82618612","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
