In robots, the forward kinematics and inverse kinematics are important in determining the position and orientation of the end-effector to perform multi-tasks. This paper presented the inverse kinematics analysis for a 5 DOF robotic arm using the robotics toolbox of MATLAB and the Denavit-Hartenberg (D-H) parameters were used to represent the links and joints of the robotic arm. A geometric approach was used in the inverse kinematics solution to determine the joints angles of the robotic arm and the path of the robotic arm was divided into successive lines to accomplish the required tasks of the robotic arm.Therefore, this method can be adopted for engineering applications. MATLAB (Graphical User Interface) program was used to simulate the movement of the robotic arm in 3D. The objective of the present work is the investigation of milling parameters for the sculptured surfacesthat effecting of surface roughness during machining of Al-alloy. The machining operation implemented on C-TEK CNC milling machine. The influence of the selected variables on the chosen characteristics have been accomplished using Taguchi design approach, also ANOVA had been utilized to evaluate the contributionsof each parameter on process outcomes. Three strategies of tool path (Zig, Zig-Zagand follow periphery), and three levels of spindle speeds (1700, 2200 and 2700 rpm), with three feed rates (200, 400 and 600mm/min).The results showed that low surface roughness valuesproducedwith the zig-zag strategy, higher speeds(2700)rpm and lower feed rates (200) mm/min. On the other hand, radiant barrier system (RBS) is very powerful in blocking the radiation heat transfer between the two skins. In this research,the effect of placing a thin layer of aluminium foil at different locations on the thermal insulation performance of a double skin ventilated roof model is investigated experimentally and the optimum location that transmits less heat flux from the lower skinis specified.The model is made of two parallel inclined galvanized steel plates. Galvanized steel has been used in the roof construction of industrial buildings and storehouses in Iraq.The radiant barrierisapplied alternately, on the outer surface of the upper skin, on the inner surface of the upper skin, suspended in the airgap between the skins, and on the inner surface of the lower skin.These casesareconsidered as Model A, Model B, Model C, and Model D, respectively. Electrical discharge machining is a material removal (MR) process characterized by using electrical discharge erosion. This paper discusses the optimal parameters of EDM on high-speed steel (HSS) AISI M2 as a workpiece using copper and brass as an electrode. The input parameters used for experimental work are current (10, 24 and 42 A), pulse on time (100, 150 and 200 µs), and pulse off time (4, 12 and 25 µs) that have effect on the material removal rate (MRR), electrode wear rate (EWR) and wear ratio (WR). A Minitab software environment was used to adopt Taguchi method to analyze the effect of input on output parameters of EDM. The results of the present work showed that the best of MRR in copper and brass electrodes with (current 42 A, pulse on time 100 µs and pulse off time 25 µs) are (84.355×10-3 g/min) and (43.243×10-3 g/min) respectively, and the MRR predicted by Taguchi are (86.1751×10-3 g/min) in copper electrode by using the parameters with (current 10 A, pulse on time 200 µs and pulse off time 25 µs) and (43.2979×10-3 g/min) in brass electrode at current 42 A, pulse on time 100 µs, and pulse off time 25 µs. The lowest EWR occurs with a value of (1.4510×10-3 g/min) with (current 10 A, pulse on time 100 µs, pulse off time 4 µs) variables when using a copper electrode. The AACMM isdepends on the robotkinematics (forward and reverse) in their measurementprinciple, i.e., using the AACMM links and joint angles todetermine the exact workspace or part coordinates. Hence, themeasurements are obtained using an AACMM will be extremely accurate and precise since that ismerely dependent on rigid structural parameters and the only source of measurement error is due to human operators. In this paper, a new AACMM design was proposed. The new AACMM design addresses common issues such as solving the complex kinematics, overcoming the workspace limitation, avoiding singularity, and eliminating the effects of design error by designing a new and compatible AACMM that will incorporate all affective design factors into consideration. Different types of design factors and limitations, which significantly affect the AACMM production fabrication processes, and ultimately.accuracy are given. Cost and time factors effects on the design and manufacturing are found to be the most significant. Two primary manufacturing techniques were used, both of which relied on rigors CAD/CAM iterations resulting in an entirely usable G-Code.Those methods are CNC and 3D printing, the most widely used methods in any industry. Nevertheless, accuracy and ergonomics factors must be considered for precise measurements. The process is depending on the principle of anodic dissolution theory for evaluating material removal during electrochemical process. In this study, the electrochemical machining was used to remove 1 mm from the length of the a workpiece (stainless steel 316 H) by immersing it in to electrolyte (10, 20 and 30 g) of NaCl and Na2SO4 to every (1 litter of filtered water).  The tool used was made from copper. Gap size between the workpiece and electrode is (0.5) mm. This study focuses on the effect of the changing the type and concentration of electrolyte solution, the effect of the value of current (2, 5 and 10) A and the effect of the value of the voltage (6, 12 and 20)V on the Surface Roughness (Ra) and Material Removal Rate (MRR) of the workpiece. The results of comparison of experimental showed that (Na2SO4) solution give surface roughness less than (NaCl) solution in all levels, maximum (Ra) is (0.658) and minimum (0.420), while (NaCl) solution give maximum (Ra) is (2.913) and minimum is (0.508), also give (MRR) higher from (NaCl) solution in level (30 g/l ) at (5 A) , (10 and 20 g/l) at (10 A) ,and (30)g/l at (6 &12 V). Through the starting of analysis, instability in production has been found in the factory. The analysis is built depending on experimental observation and data collection for different processing time of the machines, and statistical analysis has been conducted to model the production system. Arena Software is applied for simulating and analyzing the current state of the production system, and results are expanded to improve the system production and efficiency. Research method is applied to contribute in knowing and expecting the future running of the system to enhance the controllability of the system production and improve the production system and machine efficiency. Moreover, built an experiment-real model in Arena in order to control the system in term of production and process. First step is to collect the statistical data required for analysis in terms of input and output data for analysis. Second, is to track the production problem in term of process bottleneck in order to improve the utilization of the system. Third is to validate the model in order to overcome the product demand of the system uncontrollability. Through the result analysis of waiting time and production rate, it is clearly shown that system is stable with a need to resetting the capacity as a chance for the improvement, regarding to resources utilization. Design of experiment (DOE) ‘version 10' was used to determine the design matrix of experiments depending on the used levels of the input factors. Response surface methodology (RSM) technique was used to obtain an empirical mathematical model for the maximum bending force as a function of welding parameters (Current and Argon gas pressure). The equations of motion were found based on classical laminated plate theory (CLPT) while the solution functions consists of trigonometric function and a continuous function that is added to guarantee the sufficient smoother of the so-named remaining displacement function at the boundaries, in this research, a modified Fourier series were used, a generalized procedure solution was developed using Ritz method combined with the imaginary spring technique. The influences of many design parameters such as angles of layers, aspect ratio, thickness ratio, and ratio of initial in- plane thermal load in addition to different boundary conditions on the natural frequencies of laminated plate is analyzed. In general, the changes of fundamental natural frequency is inversely proportional with the ratio of thermal buckling load, also most parameters aspect ratio effect on the natural frequency about 35 – 40%. Internet of Things (IoT) connects different technologies such as sensing, communication, networking, and cloud computing. It can be used in monitoring, health care and smart cities. The most suitable infrastructure for IoT application is wireless sensor networks. One of the main defiance of WSNs is the power limitation of the sensor node. Clustering model is an actual way to eliminate the inspired power during the transmission of the sensed data to a central point called a Base Station (BS). In this paper, efficient clustering protocols are offered to prolong network lifetime. A kernel-based fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm (KFCM) is adopted to cluster sensor nodes, while a cluster head (CH) is selected for each cluster based on a fuzzy logic system.
