Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat wirausaha di SMK. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu 110 siswa kelas XII SMK di wilayah Klender, Jakarta Timur. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan secara online melalui whatsapp. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianlisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan nilai signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat wirausaha sedangkan lingkungan keluarga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat wirausaha pada siswa kelas XII SMK. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memetakan persepsi yang kemungkinan muncul pada kelompok konsumen yang datang ke Mitra10 Pasar Baru, Kota Tangerang, dengan adanya pemetaan kelompok konsumen ini diharapkan dapat memberikan salah satu gambaran penting terkait persepsi yang muncul pada para konsumen yang datang ke Mitra10, sehingga gambaran tersebut mampu menjadi sebuah kesimpulan bagi pihak manajemen untuk menentukan langkah atau kebijakan yang bisa dilakukan untuk memaksimalkan capaian target pangsa pasar yang sudah ada. Untuk mendapatkan kelompok pemetaan tersebut, peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis klaster dengan memberikan angket kepada 134 responden yang dijadikan sebagai sampel dengan teknik aksidental selama kurang lebih 2 bulan lamanya. Dari hasil olahan data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa setidaknya terdapat 4 klaster atau segmentasi dari konsumen Mitra10 yang terbentuk dari hasil rata-rata. However, the community's intention or intention to distribute zakat, infaq, and shodaqoh through the crowdfunding platform has decreased based on the percentage of raising. The purpose of this study is to test the theory of Technology Acceptance Model  (TAM) and Trust (Trust) by analyzing what factors influence the intention of the Indonesian people to distribute ZIS through the use of a crowdfunding platform. The population in this study are people who have used digital payment platforms with a sample size of 385 respondents. This study uses data analysis techniques with the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results of this study indicate that individuals believe that crowdfunding platforms are very easy to use and learn. On the other hand, individuals have high confidence in the crowdfunding platform and have a high perception of usability for the crowdfunding platform. The individual intensity is very high for using the crowdfunding platform. In the SEM-PLS analysis results, it was found that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and trust have a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention. In addition, perceived ease of use and trust have an indirect effect on behavioral intention. Asuransi Jiwa Sinarmas MSIG Tbk dengan menggunakan Rasio Keuangan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat diketahui bahwa tingkat Solvabilitas yang dicapai dengan menggunakan Solvency Margin Ratio, tahun 2016 sebesar 123,56%,tahun 2017 sebesar 173,63%, tahun 2018 sebesar 159,39%, dan tahun 2019 sebesar 227,45%. Tingkat Profitabilitas yang dicapai dengan menggunakan  rasio beban klaim, tahun 2016 sebesar 84,64%, tahun 2017 sebesar 84,12%, tahun 2018 sebesar 71,96%, tahun 2019 sebesar 94,97%. Rasio komisi pada tahun 2016 sebesar 3, 11%, tahun 2017 sebesar 7,27%, tahun 2018 sebesar 6,75%, tahun 2019 sebesar 8,87%. Rasio Liquiditas pada tahun 2016 1655,75%, pada tahun 2017 sebesar 2307,77%, pada tahun 2018 sebesar 853,87%, pada tahun 2018 sebesar 546,01%. Rasio stabilitas premi yang dicapai dengan mengggunakan rasio retensi diri. Tahun 2016 sebesar 99,98%, pada tahun 2017 sebesar 100%, pada tahun 2018 sebesar 99,11%, dan pada tahun 2019 sebesar 99,38%. Maka hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwakinerja keuangan PT. Penelitian ini menggunakan 32 sampel perusahaan sub sektor farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama tahun 2015-2018. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Data yang berupa data sekunder diperoleh dari website Bursa Efek Indonesia berupa laporan keuangan tahunan. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan kepemilikan manajerial dan Kebijakan dividen tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Manajemen laba berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 31,2% berarti sebanyak 68,8% dijelaskan oleh factor-faktor lain yang tidak disertakan dalam model penelitian ini.
