Of 79 isolated microorganisms in 62 patients that fulfilled the requirements established Pseudomonas, mainly P. Aeruginosa, represented a 46.83% altogether followed by Staphylococcus (18.98%). Nevertheless, an impressive improvement of awareness about these questions have emerged in the last half of past century. We have performed an anatomopathologic study of 146 parathyroid gland from patients diagnosed from hyperparathyroidism. About a 72.6% of the patients presented a parathyroid adenoma while in the rest 27.4% it was observed principal cells hyperplasia. Up to now we have not registered any cases of parathyroid carcinoma after anatomopathological exam of the removed gland. The mayority of the adenomas (85%) were found on the lower parathyroids and its size varied between 6 mm and 5 cm. The eosinophilic granuloma is the most frecuent and most benign form of the histiocytosis of the Langerhans cells. The frecuency of the othological manifestations of this condition varies between 15-60 percent and radiologically, the images are characterized by litho-lesions with sharp edges. It can turn up as a single or multiple tumour. The prognosis depends on visceral involvement. The differential diagnosis includes some pathologies with similar clinical appearance but worse prognosis. We report a 6 months old boy that arrived to our office refering a short progress and fast growth facial mass. The diagnosis after hystologic study and immunohistochemistry was infantile myofibromatosis. We report a case diagnosed in a young woman who also suffered episodes of vertigo. The Pediatric Department suspected laryngeal stenosis or laryngomalacia and asked for confirmation of this. The ENT examination including nasofibrolaryngoscopy was normal. A computerised axial tomography (CAT) was carried out, as well as a magnetic resonance of the neck, both eliminating possible pathologies. Having tried several treatments, we prescribed empirical treatment with proton pump inhibitors, and to our surprise the improvement was spectacular.
