We oractice an arteriography that was informed as normal and the patient was admitted and controlled of an ORL as Vascular Surgeon. Complications can be surgical or anaesthetics in nature, one of the most serious complications being postoperative bleed. Among risk factors we can highlight: age younger then three, female gender, duration of surgery, incomplete haemostasis, coagulophaties. These could be related to delayed oral intake. Postoperative bleed could not related to technique or haemostasis applied. S. aureus and Streptococcus sp were the most isolated organisms. All the patients were treated by hidratation, endovenous antibiotic therapy sometimes modified according to the antibiogram results, analgesics and antiinflammatories with success. Due to its lack of biological markers its diagnosis is a clinical one, taking into consideration that it varies with age. Most aspects studied have been centred in medical and genetic aspects, whereas those related to hearing and language have been somewhat limited. The interbreeding of these molecules Fcc to RI, after the union ofpolyvalent antigenes to IgE, active these cells, producing three biologic responses: excitosis of the preformed content of its granules, synthesization of lipidic mediators and citoquine secretion. The inflammation mediators are in last term, substances responsible of the clinic symptomatology. The etiopathogenical action of eosinophils are reviewed, from bone narrow to nasal mucosa infiltration. The mechanism of tissue eosinophilic mediated inflammation, his regulation and the significance of the balance between positive (IL-5) and negative (TGFbeta and IL10) mediators are discussed. We report one case of such neoplasm on that area, with its diagnosis confirmed histologically. The required a total laryngectomy with later reoperations because of hemorrhage and pharyngeal fistula. One year after the surgery and in spite of postoperative radiotherapy multiple pulmonary metastasis were detected causing the death of the patient.
