Currently, there is an increase in benign ovarian tumors, which, according to the results of numerous studies, negatively affect the reproductive health of women. Patients seeking to preserve their reproductive function prefer organ-preserving surgical interventions, however, in clinical practice, adnexectomy is often necessary due to the absence of intact ovarian tissue. \u0000Aim. Analysis of the morphofunctional state of the endometrium and its receptivity in patients with serous and mucinous ovarian cystadenomas before and after surgical treatment. \u0000Methods. The prospective study included patients of reproductive age with benign epithelial tumors: serous/mucinous cystadenomas who had not received hormonal drugs for six months prior to surgical treatment. 32 patients with serous cystadenoma were included in group I, 30 patients with mucinous cystadenoma in group II. Before and 6-12 months after unilateral salpingo-oophorectomy, a pipel biopsy of the endometrium was performed during the \"implantation window\". The qualitative and quantitative parameters of pinopodia were studied, the expression of estrogen (ER) and progesterone (PR) receptors in the glands and stroma of the endometrium were studied. \u0000Results. In the postoperative period, an increase in the number of mature pinopodia, a growing in the expression of ER in the stroma and PR in the stroma and glands was revealed. When analyzing the data in patients with mucinous cystadenoma After surgical treatment, in patients with mucinous cystadenoma, in comparison with the data of the serous patients in the glandular component of the endometrium, the expression of both ER and PR was lower, and the expression of PR in the stromal component was also lower, a growing in the number of developing pinopodia was recorded. \u0000Conclusion. Breusenko","doi":"10.17816/morph.364510","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.17816/morph.364510","url":null,"abstract":"BACKGROUND: in patients of the reproductive period with endometrial hyperplasia without atypia (EH), the issue of choosing hormonal treatment and prognosis of response to it remains relevant. \u0000AIM:to increase the effectiveness of hormonal therapy for EH in patients of reproductive age with abnormal uterine bleeding (AUB), taking into account data on receptivity and proliferative activity of the endometrium. \u0000METHODS:179 patients of the reproductive period with AUB and EH were examined. After removal of the endometrial tissue, hormonal therapy was performed for 6 months: 101 patients - dydrogesterone 20 mg/day, 78 patients - norethisterone acetate 10 mg/day. Expression of ER, PR, Ki67 in endometrial tissue was determined by immunohistochemistry (IHC) at baseline and 3 months after the end of treatment. The comparison group consisted of 18 women without gynecological pathology. \u0000RESULTS:Before treatment, the expression of ER, PR in both compartments, Ki67 in the glands is lower (p0.05) in patients with HE compared with the control group. Remission was achieved in 77 (76.24%) (dydrogesterone) and 62 (79.49%) (norethisterone acetate). Initially, ER in the glands and stroma of GE is lower (p0.05) than the comparison group; in the group of resistant patients - lower (p0.05) responders to treatment. PR in the group of resistant patients is lower (p0.05) than the comparison group and those who have achieved remission. Ki67 in the glands in the group of those who responded to treatment is lower (p0.05) than the comparison group, in the stromal - lower (p0.05) of resistant patients. After treatment in both compartments ER and PR in the group of resistant patients is lower (p0.05) than in the comparison group and those who responded to treatment. A logistic regression equation was obtained with a set of predictors: ER (glands) + PR (glands and stroma) + Ki-67 (stroma) with a potential response to therapy of 93%. \u0000CONCLUSION: it is promising to use the specified predictive model. For this purpose, we first investigated what is the Eogiseol and examined the formation process of it. In Eogiseol, Eogi is a combination of basic forms such as ‘먹’, ‘작’ and ‘-으-’ or ‘-아/어-’ which are thematic vowel, And three Eogie types are depending on the types of endings, and Eogies change their forms but endings are fixed. This shows the opposite perspective from the general conjugation theory that the stem does not change, but the ending changes. The formation process of Eogiseol generally shows the flow of ‘前間恭作→河野六郞→菅野裕臣→浜之上幸’, and it can be seen that the results obtained from the study of medieval Korean are applied to modern Korean. The similarities between the Eogiseol and Park Seung-bin(1931) are discussed in terms of similarities of phonetic realization of ‘먹으’+‘니’ of the Second-Eogi-type and ‘머그’+‘니’ of Park Seung-bin(1931), ‘먹어’+‘서’ of the Third-Eogi-type and ‘머거’+‘서’ of Park Seung-bin(1931), but if we look a little deeper, we can know that the way of spelling is different like ‘먹’ and ‘머그’, the basic type setting is different as ‘먹’ and ‘머그’, and the area of the stem is also different because it is up to ‘먹’ while ‘머’ is different. As a verification method, the following two-way method was devised. First, as a way to expand language life beyond school education, it is a way to verify validity by checking whether the vocabulary grade to be verified is a level that appropriately reflects general language life in the wider world than school education. To implement this plan, a hierarchy of vocabulary extracted from a large-scale corpus, which is a new basic data, was set up and a method of comparative analysis with the grade of this study was designed. Second, it is a convergent method to verify the validity by focusing more on the educational purpose of the vocabulary grade and checking whether it is a level that can explain specific teaching-learning aspects of school education. To implement this plan, a method was designed to reveal the degree of linkage with textbook text readability levels of various subjects through correlation analysis and regression analysis. As a result of the verification, the vocabulary grade of this study was quite consistent with the lexical hierarchy extracted based on the large-scale corpus and the level of readability evaluation of textbook texts, but showed a tendency to show a high degree of concordance, especially in low-level easy vocabulary, and the verification result index was poor. If not, they showed mutual similarity. Through this, it was confirmed that the verification method of this study was partially effective, and it could be said that it was a useful verification result in that it consistently informs the direction of supplementation of the vocabulary ranking list. {"title":"On the Types and Properties of Term Abbreviations from the Perspective of Word Formation-focused on Term Abbreviations in Urimalsaem","authors":"Hyung-yong Choi","doi":"10.51157/kmor.2023.25.1.1","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.51157/kmor.2023.25.1.1","url":null,"abstract":"This paper aims at revealing the types and properties of term abbreviations in Urimalsaem. Until now, abbreviations have been discussed only in the basic types such as AC, AD, BC, and BD. However, even when targeting term abbreviations for Urimalsaem, the types are not so simple. In this respect, in order to categorize 794 term abbreviations of Urimalsaem, in addition to the ‘basic type’, ‘extended type’ and ‘applied type’ were assumed. In addition, the ‘complex type’ which is combined with the basic type and the extended type was considered as a separate type, and those that did not belong to any type were grouped into ‘other type’. Through this classification, except for ‘other type’, they were subdivided into 11 extended types, 14 applied types, and 1 complex types in addition to 4 basic types. This results clearly show that the term abbreviation types are very complicated themselves. These abbreviation types have a very high sum of the proportions of the extended, applied, and complex types, although the proportion of the overall basic types is over half at 53.4%. In the case of the AD type, the ratio of the extended type (15.74%) is more than twice as high as that of the basic type (16.30%). On the other hand, compared to the ratio of AC and AD types, BC and BD types are not very productive in abbreviation methods because the sum is only 5.66% of them. When it comes to the abbreviation type, it can also be seen that the number of syllables plays a very important role in the formation of abbreviations. On the other hand, as the structural characteristics of the abbreviation, AC and AD types with the highest type frequency and item frequency were mentioned. The relationship between acronyms for AC type and blended words for AD type was also noted. In addition, among the term abbreviations, some elements appear repeatedly and continuously as former or latter position. Some of them are affixes, but others are not. Therefore, they can be separately called ‘abbreviators’. The present longitudinal study investigated the role of morphology in early spelling in two Semitic languages, Hebrew and Arabic, that are structurally similar but differ in the phonological consistency of phoneme to letter mappings (\"backward consistency\"). Whereas Arabic mappings are mostly one-to-one - allowing children to rely mainly on phonology to spell words correctly, Hebrew has numerous one-to-many phoneme-to-letter mappings that are governed by morphological considerations, thereby precluding a purely phonological spelling strategy. We, therefore, predicted that morphology would make a more substantial contribution to early Hebrew spelling than to Arabic spelling. We tested this prediction in a longitudinal study of two large parallel samples (Arabic, N = 960; Hebrew, N = 680). We assessed general non-verbal ability, morphological awareness (MA), and phonological awareness (PA) in late Kindergarten and spelling in the middle of the first grade with a spelling-to-dictation task. Hierarchical regression analyses revealed that after controlling for age, general intelligence, and phonological awareness, morphological awareness contributed a significant additional 6% variance to Hebrew spelling but only 1% to Arabic word spelling. The work was performed using immunohistochemical staining method. \u0000RESULTS: The possibility of using polyclonal antibodies against the calcium-binding protein Iba1, which is a well-known microglial marker marker, for the detection of macrophages in the myocardium was shown.
