Les mobilites de Hall sont de l'ordre de 100 cm2/Vs entre 400 et 600° K, les porteurs etant des trous. Ceci fournit un argument pour penser que la theorie usuelle des semiconducteurs, c'est a dire le modele des porteurs libres dans des bandes d'energie, est applicable dans au moins certains cristaux moleculaires. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000 \u0000The Hall effect has been measured in a molecular crystal, in the temperature range 400–600° K. The Hall mobility is of the order of 100 cm2/Vs. The charge carriers are holes. {"title":"Vibration Spectrum and Heat Capacities of Silver","authors":"S. Frequencies have been calculated for 1000 points of the Brillouin zone and the specific heats evaluated by the sampling technique. The calculated Cv are in good agreement with the experimental values. (Θ–T) curves obtained from LEIGHTON and BHATIA's models are also given for comparison. It is found that DE LAUNAY's model gives the best fit with the experimental curve. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Das Schwingungsspektrum und die spezifische Warme von Silber wurden mit Hilfe des DE LAUNAY'schen Modells untersucht. Es wurden die Frequenzen fur 1000 Punkte der Brillouin-Zone ermittelt und die spezifische Warme mit Hilfe der Probenmethode berechnet. Die berechneten spezifischen Warmen stimmen mit dem experimentellen Wert gut uberein. Θ – T-Kurven, die sich aus den Modellen von LEIGHTON und BHATIA ergeben, werden zum Vergleich herangezogen. It is proved that the kinematical corrections for an isotropic ferromagnetic diminish with the increase of S, the atomic spin quantum number. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Die in Teil I der vorliegenden Arbeit abgeleiteten kinematischen Korrekturen werden weiter untersucht. Es wird bewiesen, das die kinematischen Beitrage zur Zustandssumme bei niedrigen Temperaturen kleiner als (T/Tc)4 sind (Tc ist die Curietemperatur).
