{"title":"具有物理/化学双重交联结构可调的mZnO/PAAm纳米抗菌复合水凝胶的合成及性能","authors":"刘晟, 夏梦阁, 张燕, 江晓泽, 孟周琪, 武永涛, 成艳华, 朱美芳","doi":"10.3724/SP.J.1105.2013.13018","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.3724/SP.J.1105.2013.13018","url":null,"abstract":"利用聚甲基丙烯酸(PMAA)对市售具有300 nm尺寸的ZnO纳米粒子进行表面改性,并进一步利用改性后的ZnO纳米粒子(mZnO纳米粒子)和N, N'-亚甲基双丙酰胺(BIS)分别作为物理和化学交联点,经过氧化还原体系引发丙烯酰胺(AAm)聚合,制备出具有物理和化学双重交联结构的新型mZnO/PAAm抗菌水凝胶. 采用红外光谱(FTIR)、热重分析(TGA)、场发射扫描电镜(SEM)对mZnO纳米粒子和mZnO/PAAm纳米复合水凝胶进行表征,并通过压缩力学性能、溶胀性能和抗菌性能的测试研究所制备凝胶的性能.实验证明,通过PMAA的羧基与ZnO纳米粒子表面羟基的氢键复合,mZnO纳米粒子表面PMAA包覆率达到3.64 wt%,并在水溶液和凝胶体系中能够良好分散,在凝胶网络中起到物理交联点的作用. 同时,这类mZnO/PAAm纳米复合水凝胶的压缩性能和平衡溶胀率可通过调节水凝胶内部物理和/或化学交联点的含量分别实现在140~800 kPa和55%~170%的范围内调控,并且具有良好的抑菌效果. 这种新型抗菌凝胶制备为实现水凝胶的结构功能一体化提供了一种简单的方法.","PeriodicalId":7133,"journal":{"name":"高分子学报","volume":"25 1","pages":"1270-1276"},"PeriodicalIF":1.9,"publicationDate":"2013-11-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"72875489","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"化学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
