Methods: This is a qualitative and evaluative study of the acceptability of 15 participants who underwent cardiac catheterization regarding a nursing CI. Data collection was carried out in the emergency unit of a highly complex hospital in the city of São Paulo, specialized in cardiology. Participants had a diagnosis of Acute Coronary Syndrome and received the CI, consisting of a musical and educational component, called Education and Music Intervention to Reduce Anxiety (EMIRA). Data were collected from September to October 2021, and participants underwent a semi-structured interview. The guiding questions of the interview were elaborated based on Kazdin. The interviews were recorded and transcribed for Bardin’s content analysis. To analyze EMIRA participants’ participants, Representations of Everyday Life’s theoretical contribution was used. Results: Acceptability analysis in relation to EMIRA allowed identifying three categories: EMIRA complex intervention: new experience that helps to understand cardiac catheterization; Complex EMIRA intervention: an experience that generates satisfaction; and EMIRA complex intervention: an anxiety-relieving experience. Participants reported feelings of calm, relief, tranquility, satisfaction, and recommended using EMIRA. Conclusion: Participants’ experience with EMIRA was positive, suggesting good acceptability of CI by people awaiting unscheduled catheterization in the emergency unit.

The data collection instrument composed of six closed questions and four open questions was delivered to participants. Results: There was a predominance of female professionals, 173 (75.2%), in the position of nursing assistants, 78 (33.9%). Managers evaluated the institution’s management model as contemporary and participatory, enabling workers to participate in decision making and giving them autonomy to decide on day-to-day issues, while workers evaluated it as traditional management, highlighting its formal structure. Conclusion: It was observed that managers and workers have a different view of the management model of health institutions. The assumptions of the shared management model encompass valuable concepts, such as dialogic communication, decentralization of power and greater autonomy for decision making. However, when analyzing the opinion of most workers who participated in this study, the wide use of a hierarchical model in institutions is still observed.

Articles included were peer-reviewed articles, in any language and year of publication.\u0000\u0000Results: In a sample of 18 articles, published from 1991 onwards, most of them from the United States, the excessive use of mammography were defined as the intention or performance of mammography outside the recommended age or interval range, among women with limited life expectancy, in coexisting, organized and opportunistic programs. The rates of observations of excessive use of mammography screening in the selected studies ranged from 1.4% to 87,2%. Facilitators for excessive mammography are related concerns of getting cancer; to the medical advice, especially from specialists; and to the increased access to tests. The most exposed to excessive screening are women with higher levels of education and income. Barriers for excessive mammography included guidance in consultations about the harm of mammography and life expectancy by general practitioners, particularly those in primary care.\u0000\u0000Conclusion: Our study identified that the excessive use of mammography screening has a high prevalence when done as screening and is permeated by multi-level factors. Our list of determinants can provide some guidance for future studies aiming to de-implement the low-value care of excessive mammography screening.

A concordance rate of 80.5% was observed after analysis of the global CVI. All items had satisfactory agreement rates, with a CVI of 86.6% for general impression, 96.8% for objective, 92.0% for content and 90.4% for relevance.\u0000\u0000Conclusion: The e-book was evaluated in several aspects by experts and a global agreement index of 80.5% was found.
