[The analysis of schizophrenic inpatients' escape behavior]. 精神分裂症住院患者逃避行为分析

{"title":"[The analysis of schizophrenic inpatients' escape behavior].","authors":"R Y Wang,&nbsp;Y F Chen,&nbsp;J L Yuan","doi":"","DOIUrl":"","url":null,"abstract":"<p><p>To study the escaping behavior of 1030 schizophrenic in-patients, \"Brief Rating Scale for Dangerous Behavior of In-patient\" was used to asses them within their first week hospitalization from May 1994 to March 1996. The result showed that 276 (26.8%) patients had escaping behavior. The patients with paranoid schizophrenia had higher rate of escaping behavior. There was no correlation being found between sex, age, duration of illness, and escaping behavior. The patients with the history of such behavior were more likely to escape from ward (41.9%). {"title":"[Application of biofeedback relaxation techniques during chemotherapy].","authors":"X Y Su,&nbsp;Y Tan,&nbsp;M C Zheng","doi":"","DOIUrl":"","url":null,"abstract":"<p><p>60 cancer patients during chemotherapy were investigated by using case-control study. 30 of them were recruited as the experiment group and given biofeedback relaxation training, the others were controls. Both of the two groups were assessed with SCL-90 and questionnaire on physical reactions. Results showed that no significant difference was found between the average scores of SCL-90 (including F1, F3, F4, F5, F10) of the two groups before the intervention. However, lower average scores and less serious physical reactions (4 of the 6 items) were seen from the experiment group after the intervention. The purpose was to realize the actual FiO2 that patient inspirated. So oxygen therapy can be carried on correctly and scientifically and provide basis for respiratory monitoring and management post heart surgery. When patient breathe in oxygen in mask nebulize way, a porbe of oxygen meter was put in through a side hole 10 minutes later, the result was recorded. It demonstrated that when oxygen flow was 5L/min FiO2 inside mask was 56% approximately 58%. That means it's not correct to determine FiO2 according to the oxygen flow meter.
