The aim of this study was to investigate the fate of myclobutanil after its application in Starking and Golden Delicious cultivars. The apple trees were treated with maximum and minimum levels of recommended doses. The samples were collected randomly in different interval days after application. For identification and quantification of myclobutanil residues in apple fruit liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) technique was performed. The highest values of myclobutanil residues were found at the 1 day after treatment and by the time the residue levels were decreased. Thus, the level of myclobutanil residues ranges from 0.928 mg kg to 0.019 mg kg and from 2.085 mg kg to 0.086 mg kg in Starking treated with the minimum and maximum doses respectively. Also, in the Golden Delicious cultivar the level of myclobutanil residues ranges from 0.878 mg kg to 0.026 mg kg and from 1.760 mg kg to 0.092 mg kg with the minimum and maximum applied doses at 1 and 40 day after application, respectively. Therefore, the samples treated with maximum recommended dose did not reach the MRL (0.6 mg kg) before the 14 day after application, whereas the samples treated with minimum recommended dose reached MRL before 7th day after application. The current study used next generation sequencing (NGS) technologies to develop starfruit simple sequence repeat (SSR) from 2 varieties namely B11 and B17 using Illumina HiSeq. The pre-processed reads were de novo assembled to generate approximately 75,000 and 74,000 scaffolds respectively. Total genome size for B11 and B17 were around 345 Mbp and 342 Mbp based on K-mer distribution analysis. In-silico microsatellite mining of each variety has identified more than 17,000 SSR in B11 and B17 respectively. Dinucleotides were the most abundant, accounting for more than 70% of all SSR and repeat motif GA (49%) was most common. A total of 239 SSR primer pairs were designed from contigs larger than 350 nucleotides and tested for amplification. The 30 polymorphic SSRs were used to DNA fingerprint of 12 starfruit hybrids. Polymorphism information content (PIC) ranged from 0.1411 to 0.6838, with an average of 0.3919. Being educational, the program also aimed to promote learning and self-control in the practice of physical activity and in the food choices of this population. Methodology: 40 patients overweight or obese binge eating adults aged between 30 and 60 years participated in the study. Participants were assigned to an experimental group (EG) (N = 23), to which the program was applied or a control group (CG) (N = 17). The study lasted eight months, where an initial and final evaluation was carried out, in order to verify the benefits obtained through this program. The program consisted of 47 one-hour, twice-a-week group practice sessions, one weekly self-help session, and three nutritional monitoring sessions throughout the program. Results: There were significant improvements in the experimental group in the body composition, namely in the percentage of fat mass, fat free mass, fat mass in the trunk, visceral index and metabolic age. In physical fitness, improvements were also seen in the experimental group, specifically in flexibility and handgrip strength. The interaction between agricultural irrigation and groundwater resources, both in quantity and quality, is often understood later than when the adverse effects starts. For more efficient and sustainable utilization of the limited water resources, improved understanding of how respond to irrigation is essential. The Southeastern Anatolia Project (Turkish: GAP) is a major and comprehensive initiative in Turkey. The GAP was a programme to develop water and land resources in the region and planned as a package that comprised 13 individual projects on irrigation and energy production on the Euphrates-Tigris basins. This project includes irrigation networks for an area of approximately 1.8 million hectares. One of the important project sites is Harran Plain having the biggest groundwater resources and the largest irrigation field in the GAP region. Harran Plain has 3,700 km drainage area, 1,500 km plain area and 476,000 hectares of irrigation area. Before this project, the irrigations could potentially lead to about 2 m/year decline in groundwater table. After this project application, hydrodynamic system of groundwater has changed. The groundwater level has risen since 1995 in plain. In addition hydrodynamic system has been effected groundwater quality. Optical emission spectroscopy is usually sensitive enough to control iodized table salt. Spectral interference by P upon the most sensitive I-emission line, e.g. in mineral feeds and marine algae, was overcome by co-precipitation of P with Alor Fe hydroxide, leaving iodate (and also borate) in solution. After addition of Al or Fe nitrate or sulfate, ammonia was added to reach pH 8.8, and the resulting precipitate separated by cetrifugation and decantation. Al-hydroxide was more efficient, and its precipitation was facilitated by adding 10-30 mg of a natural clay to 5 mL sample. Correct results with materials from former ring tests were obtained down to 15 mg/kg by an ICP 20 years of age. In America, the exhibits of this profile are in the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History in Washington, in Europe these are collections of pharmacy museums in Heidelberg (Germany), Krakow and Warsaw (Poland), Basel (Switzerland), Riga (Latvia), and others. Some of them have many thousands of exhibits. There are also separate collections of pharmaceutical items for educational institutions, for example, a collection of old medicinal raw materials in Vigan’s Cabinet, Queen College, Cambridge (Great Britain). All these meetings, however, have long been known and described in detail. Most of them do not have a strict orientation and are presented, along with old medicinal raw materials, as well as tools and appliances, dishes, books, herbaria and various auxiliary items. All the more interesting is the collection indicated in the title of the article, which arose literally from non-existence. She was transferred to the educational institution at its creation, and this year she, like him, turns a hundred years old. It has a strict focus and is represented almost exclusively by medicinal raw materials. Studying the samples of this old collection, as a whole of medical profile, makes it possible to understand that many plants, which initially had only food use, gradually became pharmaceutical objects. Probably, it was the long practice of food use, with the fixing of associated pharmacological effects in the memory, that became the reason for choosing certain types of raw materials as medicinal. However in Yakutia more than 30 years the studying of the fauna of horseflies was not almost engaged. The purpose of our researches is studying of specific structure of horseflies of the Central Yakutia of the Russian Federation. Materials and methods Research area: Yakutia is located in the north-east of Asia between 76 0 3'-55 0 29' north latitude and 105 0 3'- 162 0 51' east longitude (fig. 1). The area of Yakutia (3103, 2 thousand sq.km) occupies 18% or almost one-fifth of the Russian Federation territory. The area of research is in the territory of the Central Yakutia as a part of Russia. The western point is on border with Krasnoyarsk Krai (109°, 30' EL), east - on border with the Aldan River (135°, 30' EL), southern - on 60°C highway, northern - on 64°C north latitude. This is the area of the northern hemisphere cold pole which is characterized by wide temperature fluctuations. The January long-term mean air temperature in Oymyakon and Verkhoyansk is minus 49-50°C. In Oymyakon the temperature reaches minus 71°C, in Verkhoyansk minus 68°C and in the central regions the temperature is minus 66°C. The summer is short, but relatively hot (in most of republic the maximum temperature is plus 36-38°C), with a long sunshine duration (a continuous polar day).
